Welcome to GDL Object Depository!
This website provides a forum for Archicad users who want to exchange free GDL objects and texture libraries. GDL Object Depository has two purposes:
Free ArchiCAD object download
Free GDL objects, libraries and textures are available for download from an easy-to-understand folder hierarchy for all registered members of the Archicad-Talk forum. As a starter GDL object Depository contains all the GDL libraries that were previously released on the GDL Central website. Note that you have to accept the download agreement before you can start downloading.
Free ArchiCAD object upload
Registered users of the Archicad-Talk forum are enabled to contribute to the content of this depository and share their free GDL objects and textures with other Archicad users. For each uploaded element the owner has to provide basic information such as the title, the version and the language of the library. Furthermore a short description and a preview image can be added to every object.

Plants
Contains 350 trees from 25 species like maple, beech, ash, pine, larch, lime, poplar etc.
Three detail steps are offered! You can modify the models based on your requirements. The data is bundled for effective working in e.g. a general plan with many trees.
Leaves and wood of every species is set on different layers. Because of this fact you can get Variations of leafs density and changes of leaves colours for simulation of different seasons.
Ground plan and views are included. Individuality for all kinds of planning.

Contains over 100 different Persons like people on the street, in the park, students, wheel-chair users ... in 8 categories like couples, children, women...
Vehicles
contains over 45 different Models of different producers of vehicles in 4 categories.
In 4 scale factors
Standard 1:1 (1:100) for direct placement into drawings and 1:50, 1:200 and 1:500 for direct placing in the layout.
Transparent Background
Transparent areas of groups are shown transparent in the plan. Elements in the background of these elements are not hidden!
