Steel:
steel furniture with exceptional dual surface treatment:
hot galvanisation or electrolytic zinc-plating + polyester powder coating
Wood:
- wood called "ironwood" or coniferous wood
- surface treatment: water repellent, fungicidal insecticide coating (water based only, with no solvent)
Cast iron or aluminium:
coated with oven-cured polyester powder
Stainless steel fasteners:
stainless steel fasteners that are exclusive to Husson
(anti-vandalism system)
Standard bench. Seats and backrests made of two materials: doussié/composite. Mechanically welded steel. Free-standing/fixed base. Available in 3 fixing models.
The HARRIS bench with file consists of two or three sheet steel supports Corten ép. 8 mm with turntable planned for fixing on the ground by ankles (in option) and of a base of three grooved exotic wood boards of section 140x38 mm with perimetric faces of the same type.
Base is fixed at the supports with screws stainless and is reinforced with metal squares.
The file consists of two boards of the same type as base fixed on two steel ép supports. 8 Misters.
All the components in Corten are sanded and treated according to the cycle of oxidation developped at the point by METALCO.
Dimensions of the bench are 2076 or 3076x656 mm with height of base 420 mm and height of file 787 mm
