Florence conveys its precious nature through its stunning style, its cultural qualities, its original and recognisable design, and through the combination of the finest and most prestigious materials such as mahogany stained wood, mirrored glass and classic marbles (these reflect refined workmanship and great appeal, with bas-reliefs that recall artisan craftsmanship that is now hard to find).
All the materials, even though traditional, are re-introduced in a highly contemporary look.

The aim of La Feniere is to combine the past with the future, classic and modern trends. An attentive and refined use of materials, finishes and shades creates a harmonic environment to live in every minute of the day in perfect freedom and simplicity.

GIOCONDA is the outstanding example of how this balance between tradition and current needs can be achieved by turning the original pre-industrial archetypes into smoothly updated shapes and finishes.
The mainstay of the kitchen is the cooking area which evokes the classical idea of a fireplace.
Traditional fluid contours are used to give the surroundings a touch of individuality in the heart of the household. The elegant decoration of the surround above the cooking area holds two lateral supports under a steel hood, available in different sizes and featuring a sleek and exclusive design.

the Architect and the Cook.
A good kitchen needs good architecture. A good cook's best friend is a good architect. A well designed kitchen makes for a happy cook as it enables him to exercise his talent. c'est la première condition du bonheur du Chef.
So that the architect (or the interior decorator) may more fully appreciate our demands, born of our passion, La Cornue has developed the La Cornue Château Kitchen service.
We are very familiar with the mysteries of cooking, the actions, the perfumes, the flavours, and also the most subtle of constraints.
The La Cornue Château Kitchen service is the repository for our knowledge, and it is made available to you, or to your architect, so that we may design your kitchen together: unique, traditional, homely, changeable, spectacular, sensual... but always joyous, practical and food-loving.
La Cornue Château Kitchen projects include cooking, ventilation, chilling, water supply, work surfaces, storage, associated equipment and furniture, and may even cover the ceiling, walls and lighting if you wish.
It is in the same spirit that we developed a range of « Château Kitchen » furniture to complement our kitchen ranges. You will recognize our concern for excellence in each and every one of these items of furniture.

A La Cornue kitchen made to measure
La Cornue offers comprehensive kitchen configurations associating two noble materials in accordance with the same high standards: metal and solid wood.
For the woodwork, we have chosen to work with two species, particularly adapted to creating atmosphere and to culinary constraints: blond oak in its natural colour and a darker shade of walnut.
Whatever you may personally choose, you will note that these two species marry equally well with stainless steel, black enamel or coloured enamel kitchen ranges.
La Cornue will study mural or island installations for you, in addition to all combinations of both, cooking islands or preparation islands, or even mixed islands, and this, naturally, according to your wishes and the technical constraints imposed by the area to be equipped.

Woods: Doors are of solid wood in the best materials (oak, maple, beech, etc.). We go ahead with a very strict selection, though, being natural materials, existing contrasts in the wood, will certify their autenticity. They are coated with polyuretane varnish, other than teints or varnishes, according to the colour or finishing.

The “M04” kitchen is born and is developed with a new project, the Culinarium, which aims to satisfy the necessities for those who design their kitchen, not to show to friends, but to live it giving free rein to ones’ own passion for the culinary art. With highlights from the seventeeth century and the tecnological innovations of the highest quality, the kitchen space becomes the cardinal area of the house where functionality never surrenders to the pace of esthetics but becomes itself the beauty that everyone searches for.
