Artematica Vitrum is a veritable cooking machine
The doors of Artematica Vitrum are constructed using a lightweight and resistant aluminium frame fitted with a matt or gloss glass front that can be coloured or simply etched. The worktop is also in toughened glass and supported by sturdy drawn aluminium bars. Glass is used for the side panel at the end of the island. Very thick volumes permit the top of the unit to be fitted with practical accessories such a dish-drainers, electric sockets, stainless steel bowls, weighing scales and a vacuum pump.

Artematica Kembal
This is the model that Valcucine associates with the warmth of wood and the modernity and rigour of geometric lines, of constructive technology and of top design details. Kembal is a multi-laminar wood with a slim horizontal grain that reminds one of the colours and feel of teak and is protected by water-based varnishes and treated with oil. In fact, the name is inspired by the word that is used for teak on the Java island. It is a contemporary wood type that combines perfectly with materials such as steel and gloss lacquer and can be personalised with horizontal inlays in wood or aluminium.

Laminate mat or gloss: Sheet laminate covers the front face of the door. Edges are coated with a different material sometimes matching the front colour or allowing attractive contrasts in wood or aluminium. These doors are extraordinarily resistant and are long lasting without suffering alterations over time. Materials are easy to clean and maintain. Colours do not fade over time.

The concept of the emotion opens up the kitchen to the living space. With perfect ergonomics as the basis. Minimalist design geared to human movement with the eye-level as the demarcation line. Wall units with new proportions create extra space and together with the recess form a unified whole. A specially developed extractor hood is integral to the aesthetics. Special elements cleverly integrate various kitchen and living functions into the design – whether as a cupboard system, prep area or multi-media station. Stainless steel underframes, matching seating and a swivel table create a room environment that is spacious and lightweight.
The emotion is created and planned by being combined with other ranges - in particular the verso, cambia, atmos, cult, neos and logic ranges.

Glass makes kitchen fronts sparkle
Glass, with its transparent, three dimensional effect, has a particular fascination. This aesthetic and at the same time functional material is internationally a synonym for contemporary architecture. With the new programme "Ios", LEICHT transposes the particular characteristics of the natural mineral to the kitchen and opens perspectives of a modern, trend-setting interior design arrangement, particularly when combined with other materials and colours. Here for example with titanium grey wood veneer fronts from the new LEICHT programme "Tamos color", resulting in an interesting and lively interplay of glossy and matt, white and coloured surfaces and equally attractive material contrasts as, for example, glass and wood.
For "Ios" LEICHT uses a 4 mm thick, tempered white glass (toughened safety glass) that is largely colour fast. The fronts are framed with solid metal edges which protect the glass edges at the same time. Visible on the front is only the fine, fluent transition from glass to metal edge - a classic design feature of the "Ios" fronts. The glass is lacquered on the reverse side and is available in "magnolia", "frosty white" and "black".
