WOOD 100%. is an impressive piece of furniture made from solid chestnut, the fruit of the collaboration of industry, represented by Effeti, and a carpenter, Tarpac of Lucca. This skilful cabinet-maker took every single piece from the trunk and selected the most beautiful and flawless parts and also those parts that, when paired, would bring qualities of strength and movement to the whole, balancing one another and keeping the structure solid. When running your hand across the surface, despite the perfect planing of the surface, the careful sanding and the several coats of varnish, you can feel that the surface is not completely smooth. This is because the life in the wood is perceptible in its veins.

Timeless, taste, simplicity. Those are the key words to understand the Kora project.
A contemporary image and style, but with a traditional combination of materials.
A balanced mix between seen and unseen. A space that is appreciated daily, allowing us to constantly rediscover new details.
The warmth of the oak in the new “tabacco” color, the natural stone set into wood elements, corners skilfully cut and slatted wall panelling installed to decorate the walls of the living kitchen space. All mixed to create a relaxing and elegant atmosphere.
Tecnocucina new goal is to bring the pleasure of decorating back to its clients through the arrangement of materials: the creation of an endless game that reflects the personality of each of us. This is the final objective of Kora.

The simplicity of values combined to white and black colours, are like two attracting opposite. The natural wood surfaces unify the whole like the Yin and Yang continuity.
The volumes are defined by the warmth of the Italian walnut wood.
The tall units give rhythm to the space and organize the kitchen allowing the open elements to become a focus point where to expose the most precious objects of the house. The big central table divides the food storage area from the cocking space.
|
|
The aesthetic mixture of the collection combines the particular usage of the horizontal space in the large base units along with the walnut slats with black fillets, which are made precious with semicircular metal handles. The fronts are also available in shiny or mat lacquered finishes and in laminate.
With this collection Schiffini has offered the market, since 1995, an innovative and exclusive solution with a new modularity which entirely exceeds the traditional system of furnishing kitchens. Solaro represents a more functional and efficient way of organizing space.

Wengé oak-wood for the bases and cupboards, stainless steel for the working areas and smoke-grey nuance glass for the 2,5 cm thick tops defi ne the identity of this composition using the space in a versatile informal way. The clearly defi ned horizontal outline of the two side wings draws your attention to the cooking and washing area and then enlarges your perspective towards the open space of the large cupboard. The satin-fi nished stainless steel handle discreetly completes the door design allowing an easy opening.

Virginia is a project which defies the changes in fashion – an emotion to be cherished for the vague sense of nostalgia in a design which recalls a typically Italian tradition but which also takes advantage of more contemporary technology for a perfect balanced modularity.
The wood grain takes on a golden tone in full harmony with the white accessories. The knowing recovery of a style with a well-ordered geometry to recreate a lively, fresh ambience.
