A built-in washbasin can take on a variety of configurations. Drop-in models fit into a hole in the counter top and are supported by a rim. Under-mount versions are attached to the underside of the counter. Others are seamlessly integrated into the counter top. On ArchiExpo, these units are arranged by properties such as type of installation or material.
These sinks are used in home, commercial and public bathrooms to facilitate cleaning.
Consider how much space is available for the washbasin, and the most appropriate installation. While a sink integrated into the counter top is easier to clean, it is also harder to replace and may offer less choice than drop-in or under-mount versions. Determine how the style fits into the bathroom decor. Choose from among the variety of rounded and geometric shapes to add a natural or modern touch.
