The MB-59S CASEMENT system is intended for production of tilt windows and windows opening outwards – the economical ones and possessing good functional qualities at the same time. This type of windows is intended to be mounted both in wall openings and in mullion-transom facades. The construction is based on the window/door system with a MB-59S thermal break. The structural depth of the window sections is equal to 50 mm for frames and 59 mm for casements. The profiled "omega"-shaped thermal breaks of the width of 16 mm and 22 mm, made from polyamide reinforced with fibreglass are applied. The windows opening outwards may be equipped with two kinds of hinges: rotational and shear-type. The MB-59S CASEMENT system window sections have profiled grooves of dimensions allowing application of enveloped hardware and connecting elements in accordance with the European Union standards. The hardware mounted therein is produced by reputable companies such as Sobinco and Securistyle.

The MB-78EI fire partition system is characterized by both the tightness and the fire insulation properties. It meets the constantly toughening requirements of Polish and European standards as regards the constructions surrounding the zone of a safe evacuation for people and property in a burning building. It is intended for producing internal or external fire partition walls with single- or double-leaf doors featured by a fire resistance class of EI15, EI30, EI45 or EI60, according to the PN-B-02851-1:1997 and PN-EN 13501-2:2005 norm. To a great extent, it is compatible with the standard window/door systems of ALUPROF S.A.: MB-45, MB-60 and MB-70 (they have common sections, details, hardware, treatment processes, etc).

MB - 23P is the aluminium system destined for balcony glass enclosures. The concept of this solution involves the horizontally sliding windows. Windows basing on this system protect the balcony open space against the unfavourable atmospheric conditions such as: wind, rain, snow as well as dirt and noise. At the same time, the MB-23P system structures hinder burglary, which is particularly essential while living on the ground floor. The structural depth of sections is equal to 53 mm (frame) and 23 mm (casement). Owing to external housing, the structure built basing on the MB-23P system has the effective water drainage and ventilation systems from the window glass chambers and from the chamber between casement and a frame. The window casements can be filled with a single pane of the thickness equal from 4 to 8 mm, or with safe glass of the thickness equal to 6.4 mm. Thickness of the glass is selected depending on the height at which the balcony is situated, its location and the casement overall dimensions.

A skylight window is a part of the MB-SR50 system, and is intended for roof mounting at the inclination angle from 10° to 70° in relation to the horizon, and may be used for making the ventilation hatches. The supporting aluminium profiles applied in the skylight windows are composed of the three-chamber sections, insulated with polyamide strips, which ensure proper strength, thermal insulation and rigidity. The windows fulfil the technical requirements for 2.1 technical group according to DIN 4108. The aluminium profiles are shaped in such a way as to ensure the window cross-section as compact as possible, so that the window does not protrude significantly beyond the roof surface.

Thanks to the rich offer of profiles, the architects and designers designing enginners may realize even the most bold concepts as regards the aluminium-glass structures. The system is intended for constructing and creating the light-weight curtain walls of hanging and filling type, as well as roofs, skylights and other structures. The shape of mullions and transoms allows building aesthetic facades with visible narrow dividing lines, ensuring the structure durability and resistance at the same time. Additionally, the profiles have rounded external edges, what gives the so-called soft-line effect. The large number of mullions and transoms available in this system guarantees the best possible aluminium use. The economic profiles were obtained by optimization of the intersection shape and by selecting the optimal wall thickness. At a very high load, all mullions may be additionally reinforced with typical internal aluminium profiles, increasing their resistance. The simple profile processing lowers the workload and eliminates all types of carvings at the side surfaces of the mullions.

House is a place, where we spend most time of our lives. Because of that, it is worth to take care of it so that it becomes a very special place. The place, where we want to feel comfortable and safe, to which we are willing to come back after the hard day of work, knowing that every time we can find the quietness, asylum and the harmony in there. Aluprof Company – the leading producer of aluminium profiles – would like to help you to create such a house. For this purpose, the complete system of external roller blinds and rolling gates was developed. Thanks to the well-thought-out construction and appropriately selected materials, the roller blinds constitute an effective protection against uninvited guests. Moreover, they provide the excellent thermal insulation. They also allow lowering the heating costs during winter, whereas during summer they offer pleasant coolness and twilight. Thanks to the aesthetic appearance, the roller blinds produced by Aluprof Company constitute a good solution both in houses, office buildings and the historical objects.

MB-SG60 The mullion-transom inverse curtain wall with structural glazing
The façade structure is composed of the inverse mullion-transom system, which means that supporting aluminium profiles are located outside, whereas from the inside – the smooth glass surface can be seen, constructed using the structural glazing technology. The inclination angle of the façade to the vertical is equal to 10o at the outside. The visible external width of mullions and transoms is equal to 60 mm. The mullion-transom framework is designed as the element structure, which means that all preliminary and connecting works are conducted in the production workshop. Transoms are connected with half-mullions with the help of special aluminium connectors and the stabilising screws, what results in a very rigid framework, and enables proper compensation of the horizontal thermal expansion joint. The vertical thermal expansion joint is realised through the special mullion-mullion connector. In the system, the combined scheme of drainage and ventilation was applied, i.e. the drainage channels in mullions and transoms profiles are connected with each other. Additionally, in the middle of each area, the drainage-ventilation hole is made. In order to ensure very high thermal insulation of the profiles, the system is introduced with the insulator made of a special material, which makes the thermal insulation coefficient Uf for the frame equal to 1.64 [W/m2K]. Furthermore, a special central gasket was applied which improves significantly the acoustic insulation of the breaks and provides the additional tightening features.
