Trinidad is one of Nanna Ditzel’s greatest successes. Designed in 1993, it has long since achieved the status of modern classic. The distinctive chair takes its name from Trinidad, whose traditional fretwork techniques inspired Ditzel. The characteristic fan-shaped carvings of seat and back produce a light, summery effect that gracefully interacts with the light play in the room. The chair won the 1995 ID Prize. Trinidad is available with and without armrests and comes in maple, oak, cherry, beech, birch, teak and walnut, as well as black lacquer. The version without armrests is stackable. The Trinidad chair is also available with an upholstered seat in fabric or leather.

MUNDO is a stackable chair created by Danish designer Susanne Grønlund. Its construction is based on the inherent properties of wood, and it makes full use of these in a geometric design that provides strength, lightness, flexibility and extraordinary comfort – all at the same time. The chair is unusual in that it both continues and refreshes the Scandinavian design tradition, while also adding a touch of humour. Avio takes its formality from the single back piece that acts both as a backrest and rear base. The backrest has been created by a harmonious steel belt structure that guarantees just the right amount of springing. The two ebony-finished beech wood front legs, and curved wood seat complete the structure. Both the backrest and seat are lightly padded with polyurethane foam, and can be upholstered either in Pelle Frau® leather from the Color System, or in Heritage Leather.

The injection is reinforced with fiberglass in order to obtain a seating that it is both rigid and light at the same time.
