The Maestral was the first long cladding tile on the market (up to 152 cm). This double-skin impact-resistant product (up to Q4) is available in two thicknesses. Its open Joints provide better ventilation and thermal insulation Tor the facade. Architecturally, the verticals are emphasized by the sections, slightly protruding.
The Maestral can also be combined with Acoustic Bardeau (for acoustic applications). It is available with three surfaces and in six colours.
|
|
The Piterak is a double-skin cladding product, thin at 4 cm, with overlapping horizontal joints providing greater protection against the rain. The aesthetic effect of a Piterak facade, with its clear contours and its emphasis on the horizontal, is very different from that of a Maestral facade.
It is available with three surfaces and in six colours.

With a similar concept to Faveton Ceram, Sorol is also a tile specially designed for ventilated facades.
Thanks to its design FAVETON SOROL creates a false joint, which means that the horizontal joint is not visible. It produces an aesthetic effect of a longer, slimmer tile.
FAVETON SOROL has the same fixing systems as Faveton Ceram, allowing them to be combined.

FAVETON LUZAR is a special tile model for ventilated facades with a highly cha-racteristic turret design at the top that on the outside of facades filters the light producing shaded areas.
Its blue colour also provides a type of attractive reflections.

A wide range of panel surfaces leaves much room for individual composition with ALPHATON® brick façades such as the ALPHATON® ribbed panel whose characteristic feature is its horizontal structure. The panel's ribbed structure camouflages the horizontal seams between panels.
Far from being merely a design element, the ALPHATON® ribbed panel is also an active acoustic façade. Sound waves are broken by the ribs on the panel's surface and are redirected into the insulation through openings in the panel. An absorption of DLalpha = 3 dB can thus be achieved.
|
|
The horizontal grooves divide the structure of the panel surface into three, thus creating an interesting pattern of smaller elements.
The ALPHATON® deep grooved façade panel is available in 9 different standard formats from 150 to 250 mm and in lengths of up to 500 mm. The complete ALPHATON® 18 colour range is available.
The deep grooved panel can be installed reliably and economically in conjunction with a rein-forced horizontal Moeding substructure. The panel can thus be combined with the ALPHATON® and LONGOTON® base system.
|
|
In addition to the classic Moeding facade, ALPHATON® facade tile with lengths from 150 to 1.200 mm, the LONGOTON® tile is available for lengths from 600 mm to 3000 mm, in 1 mm increments.
Installation is the same as for the familiar Moeding system, and consists of four basic components:
Tile, aluminum holder, horizontal aluminum support profile, and aluminum joint profile. Alternatively the tile can also be processed with a vertical subconstruction.
All materials are frost-resistant, corrosion resistant, color fast and light-resistant, as well as resistant to aggressive environmental influences. LONGOTON® facade tile satisfies the requirements specified in DIN 18 516, Part 1.

Playful soft transitions of light and shade are the special features here, forming a calm floating effect.
The ALPHATON® waved façade panel is available in 9 different standard formats from 150 to 250 mm and in lengths of up to 500 mm. The complete ALPHATON® 18 colour range is available.
The waved panel can be installed reliably and economically in conjunction with a reinforced horizontal Moeding substructure. The panel can thus be combined with the ALPHATON® and LONGOTON® base system.

Hanson’s Wonderwall cladding system cleverly combines the advantage of modern construction techniques with the appeal of traditional brickwork.
Installation is much quicker than traditionally built masonry and to a higher quality standard. It’s ideal for use as a durable, decorative and thermal insulating finish to external vertical walls.
Wonderwall is suitable for fixing to existing or new build structures that use masonry, dense concrete, modular units, timber or metal frames.
The system comprises a rigid phenolic insulation panel which Hanson pre- bonds to a brickwork co-ordinating carrier sheet. This composite panel is then fixed to the substructure on site, and brick slips are fixed to the carrier sheet using a purpose made adhesive. A specialist pointing mortar completes the installation and gives the perfect finish.
A wide variety of brick finishes are available, including extruded and stock facing slips and different brick bonds such as stretcher, stack, Flemish and English can be easily achieved. Wonderwall incorporates standard 20mm brick slips; however small areas such as corbels and dentil courses can be achieved by altering the thickness of the finishes from 15mm to 30mm.
External corners, soldier courses and reveals can also be achieved by the use of L-shaped pistol slips. Being lightweight, Wonderwall provides a method of finishing areas where traditional brickwork can’t be incorporated, such as staggered gables or balconies on framed structures. Wonderwall also provides on-site flexibility to enable shaping to suit openings and other building details, whilst minimising wastage.

Can one talk about a revolution with regard to a material? In the case of Cottostone, reality goes far beyond the imagination, making possible through advanced technologies what in nature is unfeasible.
Theancient tradition of “coccio pesto” (crushed terracotta), which can be found in the houses of Pompeii and many Palaeo-Christian basilicas, is adopted with exceptionally large terracotta slabs measuring a maximum of 120 x 300 cm.
On one hand we have terracotta made from clay dried in kilns at over 1000 °C and on the other, blocks of material obtained from the mountains and then cut into slabs for cladding: Sannini, in a joint-venture with Stone Italiana, patenting this new material - a blend of history and technology - has succeeded in founding two different cultures, two different methods of use, associating the qualities of one to those of the other.
The traditional limitations of dimension are nothing but a memory, while an unknown world for terracotta is opening, a world of raised floors in reinforced Cottostone, cavity walls and all the potential uses of stone known to this day.
In its basic sizes of 60 and 120 cm, Cottostone leaves the factory chamfered and gauged as well as having such a low absorption level that treatment is not required after laying.
Currently available in four variations with the best quality cotto, crushed and bound with specialresins and natural quartz, this material is an absolute novelty to the world and represents Sannini’s challenge to conquer the third millennium.

Ventilated facade
PRINCIPLE AND DESCRIPTION OF THE SYSTEM
The tiles pay attention by means of staples of stainless steel to the vertical or horizontal substructure, constituted by vertical posts, anchored to the facade has supported through separators
of regulation.
The positioning of the tile can be realized so much in vertical disposition (greater side of the tiles parallel to the posts) or horizontal
(perpendicular greater side to the posts).
The typical composition of the closing ventilated with PORCELANOSA ceramic tile GROUP consists of the following points:
1. Ceramic tile PORCELANOSA GROUP.
2. Ventilated air chamber.
3. Lifting substructure of fixation anchored to
closing bases.
