RADAR
Armchair
Design James Irvine (2001)
The structure rotates on a 4-spoke base in nickeled or graphite varnished metal base and is equipped with an adjustable headrest and an ottoman. The spirit of the piece was best expressed by the designer himself, as follows: "Read a book, watch TV, sip on a gin and tonic, take a quick nap, play space invaders on your portable lap top computer, eat peanuts, spin around, sign an important contract for millions of dollars, chat on the phone, read the paper, contemplate your future, contemplate your past. Take it easy, relaxing in Radar". |

Design: Möller Design Team
Designed as a fine, little armchair, Jamie doesn't just look the part. Unconventionally appealing, it politely begs to be occupied - treat yourself to a quick break. Craftsmanly details such as decorative stitching and piping give the armchair its unique character... |

The compact and rigorous design of Dafne is softened by the cylindrical back that repeats and amplifies the underlying curve of the lumbar support. This is a small armchair featuring compact geometric volumes.
A handle, inserted in the back, and two front wheels allow for easy movement of the armchair. The wheels have leather-covered centre caps; the rear legs have epoxy-painted metal feet in an aluminium finish. Upholstery is in Pelle Frau® leather from the Color System range or Heritage leather. |

| A true modern classic. A new example of traditional craftsmanship applied to modern design. The shell is made from curved multi-ply beech wood, while the feet are made from fine steam-curved solid oak with an aged walnut finish. The perfect balance of lines, curves and thicknesses is thanks to the skilful manual techniques which feature the use of the Pelle Frau® leather from the Color System range, Heritage leather or RAF leather for the seat upholstery. The headrest cushion is height-adjustable. |

Camila
rocker/lounger
Matthew Kroeker for HutJ
Camila is an elegant and fresh reinterpretation of the lounge chair. Covered in Kvadrat fabric, the armless black walnut structure and wide seat allow the chair to be engaged from the front or the side. Her seemingly effortless chic masks Camila's underlying strenght and comfort. The generous width of the chair makes her actually a "cahir and a half" and ideal for a variety of positions. This lounger rocks!
Materials:
-Steam bent black walnut frame
-bent plywood seat shell with fiberglass interlayer
-Available in a wide variety of Kvadrat fabrics |

| Bom in 2005 to accompany the Arne seal system, the armchair J.J., in the version with high backrest, is now presented with a glamorous and ironical look, attained through the new white Mongolian fur upholstery underlining its visual lightness. Flimsy and extraordinarily soft, the fur is an inducement to sit down, a funny provocation, a... touch of folly. |

The support disc, made in bright brushed aluminium, reflects a portion of the body, thus emphasising its round shape. | H SOFA comes out of an accurate study directed to rivisit the ipe beam – with respect for the proportions and for the origynal design – with the purpose to produce a design object, functional to the forniture and to the daily use. Availing the line’s dash and the alienating effect resulted by the planes’ intersection, Filippo Ghezzani creates an object which accepts a challenge: the desire to match architecture with design. Match that is really fulfilled, enriched, complicated and renewed continously, to our eyes, in conformity with the perspective we adopt to look at H SOFA. |

EGOIST Hussenstuhl Design Klaus Hokamp
"Die Notwendigkeit ist der Motor der Erfindung"
It is the most difficult task for a designer cry to develop a new chair. The construction from aesthetics and seat comfort is particularly the most important one at the chair. This has turned out well absolutely with the "egotist" chair. The possibilities and fields of application are celebration-related very variously with and without armrest, leather or substance, or as slip cover chair. The chair also delivers the comfort of an armchair and therefore is usable also as an individual piece of furniture to the secretary. |
|
| Armchair, with pouf ottoman and chrome-plated frame, is designed to be a traditional lounge chair. It is equipped with a mechanism that enables the backrest to be set to four different positions. |
