Sit down in the bed and adjust it until you are sitting comfortably. Begin by resting your head against the mattress and put your feet up on the bed. Continue, by raising the foot of the bed and lowering the head of the bed until you are in a perfectly restful position. The Hästens Adjustable has a quiet and highly effective massage system, with variable settings that range from mild relaxation to more vigorous stimulation.
