Metal parts in glazed aluminium. Adjustable slat base supports. Available in the following versions: with flush footboard (without headboard, with large wooden or upholstered headboard, with small wooden or upholstered headboard and posts) or with protruding footboard (without headboard, with large wooden or upholstered headboard, with small wooden or upholstered headboard with posts or canopy). Bed with wooden sides and headboard, padded with removable fabric cover.
The supporting structure, which may be dismantled, is in light grey lacquered steel and supports the two mattress surfaces in porous wood covered with black cloth or two slatted or sprung bases. In case of bed fitted with a mattress support surface, the use of interior-sprung mattresses is advisable, thereby allowing better ventilation within and around its component parts. The bases are in curved glossy chrome plated metal strip. The bed can be supplied with bedside tables with two drawers (one inside the other) in white or grey gloss lacquered wood.
For this model the leather and the special covering LOOKLIKE are also available. This material, while being particularly attractive, is highly resistant and enduring; furthermore it is easy and quick to care for.

With Hästens Excel you can enjoy Hästens' unique new patented spring system. Excel is wonderfully soft on the top and unbelievably flexible and comfortable, and gives you outstanding tension relief for your whole body. The springs are mounted individually in their own fabric pockets. The bottom springs have also been optimized to accommodate the new pocket spring system. The Hästens Excel also has extremely durable flax padding between and below the coils. Above the spring system is a layer of genuine horsehair, pure new wool and thick cotton. It's all wrapped up with Hästens' distinctive blue check fabric. Surrounding the bed is Hästens double-stitched cotton stretch fabric with the Hästens logo woven into the fabric. The stretch fabric has a flexible underlining, which makes the Excel even nicer to sleep on.

The 2000T was the first three-part bed with a springy bottom section, a thick spring mattress and a top mattress for even greater softness. When our designers and engineers began working on the "bed of tomorrow" over 25 years ago, we set out to make a bed which would be unequalled in comfort and durability. New patented spring system
The springs of the Hästens 2000T are mounted one by one. Each spring is mounted in its own fabric pocket and moves independently when pressed down, giving you the most comfortable night's sleep possible. When you sit down on or climb into the bed, the stronger springs around the edges and on the corners handle movements effectively. As well as the underlying spring system, the lower section also has another special spring system which - together with the top mattress's new unique patented Swedish spring system - makes the 2000T extremely pliable and comfortable The upper springs mould superbly to your body in the most tension relieving way possible. A voyage without destination, or rather the destination is the vehicle itself.
All of us have tried (or would have liked to try) the exhilaration of travelling first class. It often happens that the vehicle on which we travel justifies the very fact of travelling. Inspired by sporting design and emotion, we have developed a concept dedicated to means of locomotion, wich we would like to define as "luxury sport".
Transforming cockpits into homes, elements up untill now contained in a very small space, now live in large spaces consecrated towards comfort and dynamics, what before created emotion for the duration of a voyage can now be experienced on a day to day basis. Almost like travelling from one room to another rather than interplanetary space, to the point that we have inserted the S continents to walk through bare foot, on soft and very modern silk carpets. Even the flags have assumed the symbolic role of change, always in the form of a carpet. we have transfigured elements wich are typical of boats, such as the portholes, the strings, the steel, the wood, the lacquers. we have created bedrooms which resemble floating dwellings, lounge rooms and bedrooms in the "bow" and in the "stern" initialled with the name of imaginary boats. Even the suitcases become modular elements wich lend themselues to the construction of an entire living room, almost simulating a luxurious waiting room. Other elements are inspired from the world of luxury automobiles: the extra large tyres, the steel sheet plates, the refined leathers of the upholstery, the particular stitching on the seats, the mechanical elements. A declared luxury without uulgarity, oriented towards comfort and an entertaining sobriety.

Twing is an innovatory sleeping system consisting in six types of headboard and four bed surrounds that when cleverly combined produce several solutions for golden slumbers.
The headboards have a movement mechanism and rest on a solid metal stand with a satin bronze finish that highlights the attention paid to every constructional detail.
The surrounds were designed to take any type of mattress support, whether fixed or motorized, thus permitting exploitation of the latest technology for proper rest. Twing is also available with a large underneath storage drawer.
Easy to reach, it can hold blankets, pillows, duvets etc. Several materials e.g. wood, fabric, leather and hide can be combined to satisfy all aesthetic and functional needs.
