BEL-AIR is a modularly designed object of light art. The suspended structure is both an expressive eyecatcher and a sophisticated functioning luminaire for modern and traditional architecture.
The metal disci of BEL-AIR are finely made by hand and covered in sheet gold or sheet silver. The attached TUBE-L focus the light glare-free against the dished and vivid surface structure of the disci.
BEL-AIR can also be composed with three-piece disci illuminated from within. Two glass dishes in different colours – transparent or frosted – can be combined with the three-flamed ELECTRIC UNIT into the illuminated discus DISK-L.

TWILIGHT

Inside the art glass body, two halogen lamps are mounted at the top and at the bottom, emitting light towards each other. The indirect light further illuminates rooms over the ceiling. The indirect light and the light in the art glass body are independently dimmable.

Tress is a web of threads and resin that acts at the same time as the structure, decoration and screen, a never before seen interplay of full and empty spaces, light and shadow. The floor version is available in two sizes – large, and medium. The cable woven inside the structure gives a plain and elegant effect.

Having designed drinking glasses for the Holmegaard glass works, Claus Bonderup continued his works in glass with the Selene luminaires, a series of pendants, chandeliers, table and floor as well as wall luminaires characterised by shades in opal-white, sandblown glass. The inner glass cylinder diffuses the light in a pleasant way and inhibits glaring. This means that the downlight chandelier and the pendants can be suspended so high above a dining or meeting table that it is still possible to see each other across the table.
