In 1976, interior architect Ben af Schultén was selected as Artek's
artistic director. In addition to furniture design, af Schultén has
designed a lamp collection for Artek featuring a single lampshade for
use as a table, wall and floor lamp. The lampshade of the floor lamp
and the table lamp is freely adjustable.

Minimalist design was the driving force for designer Cecilie Manz in her development of the lamp series, Mondrian.

Kipp Wall emits symmetrical downlight. The angling of the inner diffuser together with the slightly curved design of the top shade ensures a wide and uniform distribution of the light. The internal diffuser furthermore provides optimum and glare-free lighting.

PH 2/1 Wall provides soft lighting. PH 2/1 is designed on the principle of a reflecting multi-shade system, producing glare-free lighting. The shade design is based on a logarithmic spiral, with the centre of the light source placed in the spiral’s focal point.

This brass wall lamp is primarily functional and thanks to its design can be placed anywhere a direct light focus is needed. Its design has been devised to be practical, efficient and modern.
With an extended size of 45 cm, the 204 wall lamp is modern and has a simple structure. The cylindrical diffuser opened on one side has a thin
lever allowing movement so that the light may be directed where needed. It is ideal for lighting small places that do not need a big source of light.
Its direct light (adjustable in intensity) is ideal for headboards or for desks. It can, due to its neutrality, be combined perfectly with any kind of materials or styles.
