A counter-top washbasin rests on the surface of a counter. The form and materials of the sink are often more expressive, since they remain visible. On ArchiExpo, these units are categorized by properties such as style or material.
Such washbasins are found in both residential and commercial settings. They are easier to install than recessed sinks but require more care, as both the interior and exterior are visible.
