This is the original Metropolitan Chandelier as in the Metropolitan Opera in New York. It was designed by the Hans Harald Rath in 1963, then owner of the company.
The body is made up of brass with small wooden parts. The crystal is mainly Swarovski Crystal with accents from hand-cut crystals giving splendour. The metal comes in a nickel finish, all spheres are in plain black.
This Design is available in many sizes, starting with 60 cm with the largest so far being 700 cm in diameter.
