The 18th century is a period of political isolation, commercial decay and an important date for Venice; the Serenissima Republic - as Venice and its territories were called at the time - lost its independance. Yet the period was caracterized by love for luxury, theatre, parties and sumptuous exhibitions.

The "Terre Bassanesi" collection pays homage to the local Bassanese territory, i.e. the source of Arte Brotto's energy and creative power. It is a complete collection, including articles for the living area (cupboards, display-cabinets, tables, chairs and single pieces of furniture) and for the sleeping area (beds, chests of drawers, bedside tables and wardrobes): unique walnut and cherry articles, with shellac varnish and beewax finishing.

Formal rigour, the use of different kinds of material, such as leather, the marble top and the Chinese lacquered finish, evidently borrowed from the
furnishing style of the early twentieth century.

The Alma bed collection consists of headboards, frame for slats and sideboards. Headboards are available in different measures (height and length). The upholstered frame allows two differente types of heigh regulation:
- telescopic feet allow to raise the whole bed
- the height between slat and frame can be leveled according to the type of slat The Alma bed is suitable for articulated and electric slats.
Sideboards are available in veneered wood (colurs refer to catalogue) or upholstered.
