ROLLER MOULDING MACHINES
The ROLLER MOULDING MACHINES are designed for the “cooled” working of pizza, with a saving in time and workforce, especially in case of pizza made in baking pans. This system enables to roll out easily the dough loaf, which may be introduced by hand in moulds for pizza, flat breads etc, with an adjustable thickness and diameter, maintaining and enhancing the features of the hand made dough. The F/30 and F/40 models are used to create circular bases in pans with a maximum diameter of 30 cm and 40 cm.
The parallel rollers F/40/T model is used for the working in baking pans with a maximum diameter of 40.

PIZZAFORMERS
PIZZAFORM is a heat-moulding machine, studied to mould evenly and quickly the pizza dough. Thanks to the balance of heat and power,
the rounded loaf can be rolled out up to a maximum diameter of 33 cm using the PF/33/MT model and 45 cm using the PF/45/MTE model. The working speed (3 seconds), the easy and safe use make the PIZZAFORM moulding machines a necessary instrument for continuous working, both in crafts’ production labs and in modern catering centres (such as pizzerias with pizza sold by the slice, take aways, pizza corners in shopping centres, etc.). It proves useful even in the most traditional pizzerias, especially in the rush hour work periods. The upper plate is usually supplied with an exterior flare of 2 mm, allowing the creation of the border, or completely smooth, in case you prefer a flat pizza disk. As for all the machines of the PIZZAFORM line, you can consider a maximum production capacity of about 300 pizza/hour.

PIZZA FORMERS - PRESSFORM Series
The pizza "hot" formers belonging to the PressForm Series uniformly
form in a few seconds the pizza base dough by rolling it out in dough
disks with a diameter equal to 30, 35, 40, 45 or 50 cms according to
the machine model you wish: 30 or 35 with PF/350 machine, 40, 45 or
50 with PF/500 machine. It is possible to determine the rolled out dough thickness (up to a very thin thickness) by operating a knob adjustment device. All the models can be supplied with a flared upper plate, in order to form automatically the edge or it is possible to provide a totally smooth plate, to obtain a flat dough disk. Solidity and strength are properties of OEM equipment and the PressForm machines are a clear example of our development capacity achieved by applying sophisticated manufacture techniques. The stainless steel body has a particular design, which simplifies both cleaning operations and hygienic conditions, as well; the special safety devices are in compliance with the standards being currently in force and complete an equipment, which allows to achieve high quality performances.

This versatile moulder shapes all oven bottom and tin bread perfectly, and is easily adjustable for sheeting pressure, moulding width and moulding pressure.
The machine can be supplied with a stainless steel mobile stand, fitted with runners to take five 30” x 18” trays. At only 533mm (21”) wide and with front feed and discharge, these compact machines will fit into the most restricted working area.
