The Esco Spacepole is an extremely versatile, economic and easy to install multi service outlet unit. The body and cover are manufactured from powdercoated or anodised extruded aluminium, both of which are readily cut if required. Metal mounting boxes are clipped in to suit the application.
It can be used as follows:
Vertical - as an office service column
Horizontal - fastened to the wall or the back of an office workstation.
on supports at the rear of a workshop or laboratory bench.

The Esco Clearway AOL Series Aluminium Bench Duct is a single or double channel extruded aluminium skirting duct body and clip in cover. The duct has purpose made mounting kits to accommodate standard service outlets for power, data, and communications (HPM XL, Clipsal 2000, PDL 600 Series). The duct can be fitted with a divider to allow for separation of services.
The Esco Clearway A1 Series Aluminium Bench Duct is a single channel extruded aluminium skirting duct body and Versiclad drop in cover. The duct has a purpose made mounting kit to accommodate skirting GPO's (HPM 792 and Clipsal 16/2MF).
The A1 Series duct is manufactured to order and is not stocked.
The AOL and A1 Series duct is supplied in Black, Opal Grey (Light Grey), and a Natural Anodised finish. Special colours to suit customer's requirement available upon request.

Residenciat
The RESIDENCIAT system is specially designed to air condition and heat detached houses, flats and small businesses. The system-powered terminal unit fits inside a suspended ceiling. Not only does it combine the economic benefits of installing and operating a central boiler and chiller plant, it also allows individual temperature control in all rooms.

The RESIDENCIAT system includes:
- One ductable terminal unit with two or four pipes or two pipes and electric heater,
- Wall display units (one main terminal and up to six zone terminals),
- Motorised dampers (to be fitted during installation).
- Supply/return air diffusion system,
- Central control.
Requirements:
- Hot and/or cold water production system (heat pump, chiller, boiler, etc.),
- Two or four-pipe system,
- Energy meters in each flat (residential buildings). |

Technical principle
The power station climavital is a cast solid refrigerating unit which functions in an autonomous way by exchange of air-to-air calories.
While crossing the power station, the air aspired in the house is cooled or heated to be insufflated through mouths of blowing laid out in ceiling. The hot air generated by the power station is rejected into the roofs (or outside).
The moisture contained in the dwelling is trapped in the power station and is outside evacuated by the pipe of condensation. Operation is simple and effective all is regulated in factory, ready to function.
Installations
The airconditioning CLIMAVITAL power station must be installed in the roofs. Posed the unit on a flexible matter (standard rockwool) directly on the breakdowns, or suspended by cables with the frame.
Its provision must be nearest possible zones to be air-conditioned.
It is enough to grant the sheaths to the power station and the mouths of blowings and aspiration. These mouths will be installed beforehand with the ceiling. To connect then the pipe of condensed towards outside and the receiver of the remote control in a central zone of the dwelling (corridor), to feed with the distribution board, your unit is ready to function. |
