New model RIPPLE design by Antonio Bullo for FINE CALEIDO DESIGN. A radiator composed by a steel plate countermarked by a harmony of the lines and a total absence of the angles which guarantee a favorable collocation of the product.

Type ZBD is only available as wall model, not as free-standing radiator. ZBD is only delivered with 1/2" connection (18). There are also luxury accessoiries available for the Zana-radiators. Type ZBD is also available with electrical element. Type ZV-A is in option available with the new THERMIC designer valve set 1-8, incl. the luxury thermostatic head. Type ZBD is available is heights from 984 mm till 1824 m and widths from 500 mm till 600 mm. Minimum heat output at 75/65/20°C: 658 Watt. Maximum heat output at 75/65/20°C: 1383 Watt. The Zana-line is electrically welded by robots. As a result, the weld seams are invisible. The standard tube thickness is 1.20 mm with a service pressure of 4 bar (test pressure 6 bar). The maximum operating temperature is 110°C. THERMIC-radiators are, like in modern automobile industry, degreased, phosphated, primed using electrophoresis (KTL-bath) and then dried at 200°C. Finally, THERMIC-radiators are painted by means of an electrostatic powder coating with epoxy polyester and enamelled at 230°C.
