HEM-1 is an occupancy-oriented HVAC energy management system specially designed for lodging industry. By utilizing an advanced occupancy sensing technology, this system is able to control the guestroom HVAC operation according to the occupancy status.
An advanced microprocessor and sophisticated logic control software enable the system to smartly verify the occupancy status of the room. When guestroom is physically occupied, the system gives the HVAC control to the hotel guest. After the room is vacant, the HEM system will control the HVAC operation as set.
The HEM-1 system ensures no compromise in guest comfort level, while creating significant energy saving to the hotel management.

Techtile System is fit with Techtile Control, the sophisticated, advanced electronic management system that ensures full, direct control over the system from right inside the home.
It constantly monitors system function, the sun’s rays and the roof temperature, showing the possible changes in state and any malfunctions that could occur.
Techtile Control also acts as a chronothermostat, regulating the temperature in the rooms while Techtile Energy electronically detects any operating anomalies in the photovoltaic tiles, thus permitting direct, simplified maintenance.

The system present an own flexibility employment, based on few elements, easy to install and intuitive on configuration and use.
There are different type of remote console: from the simple Analogue control, to the elegant and complete Display control, to the Infrared control.
An accurate planning made possible the realization of a product with a particular and elegant design: Omnibus could be configured based on the different customer requirement with extreme facility and allow a weekly and seasonal planning of all the functions.
The Omnibus digital system is designed to manage and control the water terminal unit (fan coil units, water cassette units and high pressure ducted fan coil units) for domestic use, residential buildings, public rooms, moreover Omnibus could be integrated with BMS (Building Management System).
Omnibus is a supervisor for small system connected via MODBUS RTU and it can manage one or all of the units in the system at the same time via Web Server (suitable with Internet Explorer 6.xx).
The OCB20 converter permits to connect 10 water terminal unit; it gives information about the units to the Lonmark net and it receives information from the Lon net.

The Rémo-C module contains two independent relays allowing a room-manager to manage two electrical loads, for example:
-A gas furnace / heater, either for the temperature management (thermostat) and also for day/night function if the furnace supports this function.
-An air-conditioner, for temperature management and also for automatic shutdonw during your absence.
-A water heater or other houshold appliances, to start at a specific time during low-rate hours.

-Interface with an alarm system, to trigger the alarm or to activate it automatically when everybody left the house.
