Where unusual requirements have to be met, Special Ceramics from Agrob Buchtal is first choice: As a supplier of ceramic problem solutions we offer, for example, tiles for rooms in which medical lasers are used or for applications requiring the discharge of static electricity. Even for areas subject to explosion hazards such as e.g. chemical production plants, lacquer production and processing plants or munitions dumps, appropriate alternatives are available. In addition, an orientation aid for the blind according to DIN 32984 is offered, which helps blind and visually impaired persons to find their way in publicly accessible facilities.

The firing in the tunnel kiln gives this series its archaic and natural expressiveness. The warm earthy shades create a warm, cosy ambience in most diverse areas of application. Natural Ceramics is suitable both for representative areas and for industrial and commercial buildings, restaurants, museums, sacral buildings or semi-domestic applications. With various traditional sizes and a wide range of special pieces such as e.g. the Florentiner Stair System, solutions can be created that are convincing down to the smallest detail.

Mosaic
Small Size, Great Effect
Thanks to its non-slip properties (R10/B), the series Mosaic is predestined for use e.g. in sanitary facilities. The moisture-resistant net on the reverse side of the unglazed porcelain stoneware tiles is also suitable for this area of application. The size of 5 x 5 cm is not only aesthetic, but also practical, e.g. as regards the execution of slopes towards outlets.

Flexible ceramics technology brings the 'flexible' element into ceramics, baking regular soil to become resilient ceramics. It combines the mild characteristics of hardwood, leather, natural rubber and unrepeated natural stone texture, completely changes the stiff, cold, heavy and fragile feeling of traditional ceramic tile,but keeps the advantages of high stain resistance, abrasion resistance and easy to clean of traditional ceramic tile.
This new material will enable mankind living and working environment to become warmer and more considerate.
Compared to traditional ceramics, the flexible ceramics technology is non-pollution during the producing process and the energy consumption is only 20%.
