The Nouveau Pro Series features a modern canopy designed with a rounded front lip. Warming light bar (bulbs not included) is standard with this hood (it may also be ordered without the warming bar upon request). Warming shelf assembly (shown, sold separately) mounts to the wall underneath the hood, click here for more information. Below is a list of our base model numbers for standard sizes, simply select the model you need, and then specify the finish (painted, stainless steel, real brass, real copper, or hammered copper).
