TROX ceiling diffusers of the ADLR · ADLR-Q type are intended primarily for installation flush with the ceiling. Installation flush with the ceiling is not absolutely necessary for the exhaust air systems.
Typical supply air temperature differentials range between +10 and -10 K.
Round variants (ADLR type) or square variants (ADLR-Q type) can be deployed as appropriate for the customary ceiling structures. The round spigot on the plenum box can be located on the side or on the top.

TROX swirl diffusers of the VDW type are manually adjustable. They enable the flow direction to be adapted to changes in the building structure at any time. The swirling air discharge results in high induction of the room air, leading to a rapid reduction in air velocity and air stream temperature.
The diffuser is supplied with a round or square front, according to the prevailing architectural requirements. The diffuser is connected to the air duct system via the plenum box, in either vertical or horizontal configuration. Swirl diffusers of the VDW type can be deployed for supply or exhaust air.

The Konika is a supply and exhaust air diffuser for ceiling assembly. The Konika is suitable for offices, shops or similar premises. The Konika can be connected directly to a circular duct by the use of Konika bar. The Konika is suitable both for cool and warm air. The Konika has high induction which allows a maximum air temperature difference of dT 12 K.

SAS Coolceil Radiant Chilled Ceilings have emerged as an alternative to traditional air conditioning systems, incorporating a single piece copper element into the rear of a standard ceiling tile.
Coolceil Radiant Chilled Ceilings are as durable as, and visually indistinguishable from standard metal suspended ceilings. Using water as the heat transfer medium, absorbs and removes heat from an occupied space as it flows through the system.

An optimal working environment raises the productivity of people. Chilled ceilings by Armstrong help in the attainment of this objective:
Chilled ceilings - a new air-conditioning concept
Most conventional chilled ceilings operate via the forced air principle. Warm air is re-circulated and replaced by recycled and cooled air. This exchange results in a draught of cool air. An additional problem with this system is what is known as the "sick building syndrome". Non-maintained air ducts of an air-conditioning system can blow bacterial pathogens into a room thereby contaminating the air. This can lead to the rapid spread of diseases.
Chilled ceilings based on radiant cooling technology allow for an entirely new way of air treatment - a method that solves both problems. The ceiling panels of radiant cooling systems contain chilled water which flows through tubing mounted on the rear of the ceiling panels. The ceiling panels function as heat exchangers between the room air and chilled water. The ceiling absorbs heat generated by the heat sources in a room and exchanges it with the circulating chilled water.
Operating principle of a chilled ceiling
From a technical viewpoint, a radiant cooling ceiling is simply a large heat exchanger that is suspended from a room's ceiling. It exchanges energy via the room's radiation and convection.

For use as vertical absorbers together with, or instead of a sound absorbing ceiling, to achieve excellent acoustic properties in the room, particularly in larger areas. Ecophon Wall Panel C has a concealed grid and the bevelled edges create a narrow groove between each panel. The system provides extensive design possibilities. The panels are demountable.
