By what the effectiveness, comfort and the security in a commercial kitchen depend mainly on the treatment of the air, France Air launches its new filter ceiling, LumiSpace.
The design of the ceiling closed LumiSpace enables him to be perfectly tight with the air.
The extraction is directly connected to a network of sheaths thus avoiding any microbial contamination of the technical installations located at the top of the ceiling. Each connection on the network of extraction is provided with a body of adjustment allowing the balancing of the flow by zone to be treated. The dismountable panels authorize a permanent access to the sheaths and spaces périplafonds.
The aerodynamic arches, composing the ceiling, flexible and are designed to direct the air extracted towards the linear ones from collecting avoiding the formation from dew point.
Ceiling LumiSpace automatic version washing: a technological revolution!
Automatic washing on the ceilings of kitchen is a functionality suggested by France Air. This system proved reliable since long years, and he sees himself today taken back on the very new LumiSpace ceiling.
The automatic system of washing ensures the autonomous operation by guaranteeing a quality of permanent hygiene. Composed of specific injector channels connected to a piping stainless, the ramp of washing allows the complete and regular cleaning of the lip of aspiration, of the interior of the sensor as well as the perfect degreasing of the filters. This version makes it possible to reduce considerably the costs related to maintenance and maintenance in the commercial kitchens (disassembling of the filters by the personnel, traceability of the cycles of washing: HACCP).
