Shadow is a very versatile range of fluorescent lighting fixtures, developed to address the need for exceptional visual performance in the workplace. Thanks to its innovative reflector and luminance control, Shadow provides a high visual comfort and is an excellent alternative to the traditional dark-light fixtures. The conical optical reflectors inside the polycarbonate sheet allow a precisely controlled and balanced light distribution on all the emission planes. The new Trilli Technology (Mod. Com.) generates a well distributed and controlled light output, that can be appreciated from any perspective, and especially in the working environment. Shadow has been developed to give an added dimension to working areas, and it can easily find its perfect application in different environments. The range, which includes suspended, recessed and ceiling-mounted fixtures up to a maximum length of three meters, can in fact be used in any commercial, retail or office surroundings.

Bird design David Lewis
Highly technical, but nevertheless peculiar from an aesthetical point of view, bird is a lighting system for offices and directional spaces. It is characterized by coloured terminal details and a pleasant light effect on the lower part of the body, created by part of the light emission. In fact the lower surface of the fitting is characterized by a curved profile and a superficially striped structure, specifically designed to capture the light emission deriving from the narrow lateral slits between body and diffuser and distribute it to the entire lower profile. The coloured terminal parts are contained in the extruded profile, thus enhancing the minimalist design of this product. Installation and service are very easy: a special internal device allows longitudinal adjustment, while the box with wiring can be easily checked from outside.

This innovative range of luminaires for TL5 fluorescent lamps, features Philips’ new micro-lens optic (MLO) technology. With its slim and clean design, natural anodised aluminium housing and edge-to-edge lighting appearance, the luminaire combines style and optimum performance. The patented micro-lens optic consists of a single plate and ensures optimum light distribution and full glare control in all viewing directions compliant with the current norm for indoor working places (EN12464-1, UGRR < 19, Lm 65°). Versions are available with a direct (TPS760/770), 70% direct/30% indirect (TPS762/772) or 30% direct/70% indirect (TPS764) light distribution. All indirect versions are closed with a transparent top cover to prevent dust accumulating in the luminaire. The stylish T8 fluorescent Etched Squares Module is available with a choice of gear types including emergency and dimmable versions. The fascia features a softly diffused glass with stylish etched square motif. Suspended modules are supplied with 2x 2m twin suspension wires and chrome clutches which enable quick and easy adjustment. The PMC Extruded Round Series are available with the latest lamp options for light distribution to fit almost all requirements. Small, powerful T5 HO lamps, compact fluorescent (Biax), T8 (Octron) and T12 (Rapid Start) make it as flexible as the plans for its use. Companion wall sconces using compact fluorescent PL or Biax lamps can be created as well for a coordinated look. All Extruded Round fixtures have powder coated housings for durability, and precision-formed, high reflectance (minimum reflectance 90%) enamel reflectors. Fixtures are UL listed, and have standard electronic ballasts. Each fixture is lamp-tested at the factory before shipment.

Creative vision demands design elements that easily adapt- like those used in the pendant-mounted Aparia. The foundation of the fixture is an aluminum extrusion, beautifully shaped and meticulously manufactured. Its compact, elegant body comes in a variety of styles and finishes. The aluminum extrusion’s adaptability allows for easy
integration of a wide variety of materials, including frosted white or translucent blue acrylic, and slotted or perforated steel. A slot in the extrusion allows for mounting points anywhere along the axis. Aparia’s endplates, cast plates and mounting brackets add even more aesthetic choice. Finish materials include galvanized steel, stainless steel, brushed
aluminum, copper, textured matte white, pewter and multiple paint colors.

Features: Low-profile strip light with white extruded acrylic lens that
holds securely with no hardware or fasteners. Lens terminates at a flat
endplate for a clean architectural look.
Construction: Housing construction is die-formed 20-gauge steel with
spring-fastened aluminum endplates. Standard individual lengths are
2-, 3-, 4-, 6- or 8 feet, or available in row mount runs. Six and eight foot
fixtures have two diffusers with an intermediate plate at the midpoint of
the housing. White extruded acrylic diffuser is impact resistant.
Finish: The standard exterior body color is polyester powder paint in
gloss white (YGW). Refer to ordering matrix for optional metal finishes
or to the Defining Section for optional paint colors. End plates are
painted black (YBB) when galvanized (GLV) finish specified, unless
otherwise specified.
