A double glazed, sliding folding, aluminium framed movable wall system designed to separate exterior and interior environments. Combining thermal insulation and security with ease of operation, the system is suited to use in both residential and commercial locations; including hotels, pavement café, restaurants and stores.

Whilst E3's outstanding performance as part of a secure, weatherproof barrier is crucial, it's not until the doors are opened that the space transforming benefits of the system truly come into play. For maximum enjoyment and use of the system, every effort has been made to ensure that doors glide open and slide shut with the minimum of effort throughout their working life.

The folding door system with a thermal break presented here is a new product of Aluprof system available now , designed to meet requests and requirements of our customers, i.e. architects, investors and companies cooperating with us. The construction of folding door opening inward may be executed in MB-59S, MB-60 and MB-70 systems ( those offer a range of thremal and acoustic insulation ) . The MB-59S Casement system allows for execution of folding door opening outward.
The constructional depth of profiles depends on the selected system and ranges from 50 mm (frame), 59 mm (leaf) in case of MB-59S and MB-59S Casement systems to 70 mm and 79 mm respectively in case of MB-70. The value of heat transfer coefficient and acoustic insulation performance depends on the applied type of aluminium system.

Standard Thermally Broken Aluminum Framed Folding System for Residential Applications
The SL60 is a thermally broken, aluminum folding panel system designed to provide an opening glass wall or storefront for openings up to 36 feet wide.
It is appropriate for mostly residential applications where higher levels of resistance to air and water infiltration are desired.

The SF65 system with a design depth of 65 mm has very good heat insulation properties and is particularly suitable for installation in complex structural geometries. It can be used as a floor-standing or suspended variant. Enjoy the material timber in the form of our SF65 system.
This system provides warmth and cosiness in connection with glass. Thanks to the water-soluble surface treatment, the 3-layer glued timber materials e.g. made of meranti or pine are made weatherproof for years. Slim profiles and a flush-to-surface fittings technology underline the unusual features of this system.
Further possible appurtenances include recessed floor tracks, tilt-and-turn panels for ventilation, special glazing etc.

This series has been designed for the fabrication of top hanging folding frames. The small quantity of profiles necessary for assembly, combined with the compatibility to the 45 N series, makes this system very practical and versatile. The sturdy upper rail in aluminum and its relative trolley on four wheels are used to hold the windows and allow them to slide. The bottom frame can be built internally into the floor to avoid disturbing overhangs, or externally, using the same profile from the lateral frame.
The folding frames are made with the same profile along the perimeter; the water and air tight seal of the frames is assured by special, long lasting EPDM gaskets. The folding doors can be equipped with a single entrance door with double knob-handles and locks.
