The B&S range of Turbo Fryers have been designed to meet the varied demands of fast food kitchens and restaurants. Mounted onto a cabinet frame the turbo fryer is built with a highly efficient ceramic lined infrared burner which radiates the heat evenly along the pan. Not only does this assist in temperature recovery time but also reduces gas consumption.
Each pan has been designed to maximise oil heat recovery, which is essential during peak periods. The deep cool zone prolongs the life of the oil as any sediment or carbonised food particles fall to the bottom of the pan, ridding impurities from the cooking area of the oil. The base of the pan is angled towards the front of the cool zone allowing for greater ease in cleaning of the appliance when the oil is drained. Being constructed from 3mm thick mild steel plate, not only is the heat retained more efficiently, but also prolongs the longevity of the pan and the appliance.
Oil temperature is thermostatically regulated, with unobtrusive probes located in the middle of the pan allowing for accurate temperature control. This crucial feature ensures that when even the slightest drop in oil temperature is detected, the burner responds rapidly whether one or two baskets are in use. All models are fitted with both temperature overheat and flame failure safety devices.

FD 50: Fryer 5L. Automatic oil filtering by decanting allows you to fry chips, fish, doughnuts, etc. in succession using the same oil, using minimal quantities of oil, without carbonisation and, therefore, without transmitting taste or smell.
Accurate and safe : thanks to a precise bulb thermostat in stainless steel, a double safety thermostat which cuts out in case of overheating or lack of oil and a microswitch. The baskets are fitted with thermosetting handles.

CONSTRUCTION: Easy cleaning, corrosion resistant stainless steel finish, welded with aluminized inner framing. Triple flue design for cooler and more efficient operation. Adjustable 6" stainless steel legs for easy leveling. Installation clearances for non-combustible surfaces are 2" on sides and 6" in the rear, combustible surface clearances are 6" and 6". CONTROLS: Snap Action thermostat for fast recovery, 100% safety shut off with built in pressure regulator, high limit control for back-up safety, automatic standing pilot and brass burner valves. Optimal pressures are 4" WC for natural gas and 10" WC for propane. Manifold size is 3/4" NPT. All controls are tested and confirmed in good working order.
