DESCRIPTION
With a solid position in the field of open cell ceiling for years now, the model BASE 15 is distinguished essentially by the composition of the panel, composed of elements with a greater visible surface and lateral closure profiles to rest on visible structure base 15.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
False ceiling realised in pre-painted aluminium with a thickness of 0.5 mm. The load-bearing structure with a reverse-T cross section (Steel Strong Atena - Steel Strong Easy Base 15) constitutes a square mesh measuring 600x600 mm upon which will rest the grille panel composed of elements (TM and TF) with a U-shaped cross section with height 37.5 mm and base 15 mm which intersect with one another to form the desired mesh. The panel is supplied with a slotted lateral element to be inserted for the closure of the four sides of the grille created. The load-bearing structure will be hung from the ceiling using stiff suspension wires Ø4 adjusted by springs. On the edge, an edge profile will be applied, with an L-shaped or C-shaped section and in the same colour as the grille.

The ceiling mounted sprinkler system is elegantly concealed behind non-combustible wire cloth elements, and at the same time is unimpaired in it's functions.
The wire cloth elements made from DOKAWELL-MONO 8965 cover an area of approximately 20,000 square meters. Each element was individually tested in our factory for uniform sagging. The unique fixing system uses slotted profiles and allows each individual element to be easily moved for access and maintenance work.

REFLEX is the aluminium open cell ceiling system developed on a new concept.
Thanks to its "V" parabolic shape profiles and the material employed (anti-iridescent semi-specular, anodised aluminium), REFLEX is ideai for settings requiring a high light intensity, like rooms equipped with video terminals, showrooms, shops, banks, etc.
REFLEX ensures a ceiling system with high quality lighting technology and great architectural effect.
FEATURES
REFLEX features 800x800 or 1200x600 mm modular panels, made of "V" profiles 30 mm high, which suitably assembled form a square cell. Standard celi size 50x50 mm. Height 30 mm. Upon request, special modules and celi sizes are available.
The REFLEX blades are made by BENDING SYSTEM, which gives: the accuracy of profiles, more square edges and blades perfectly straight.
REFLEX is usually supplied in anti-iridescent semispecular anodised aluminium or gold finish.
REFLEX - LlGHTING SYSTEM
REFLEX excludes any glare, both direct and indirect.
The special paraboliticity of the grill prevents the direct giare and the reflection of lighting on the ceiling surface.
Thanks to its lighting technology, REFLEX has the double effect of a diffuser for artificial lighting and a diffuser for natural light, with energy saving thanks.

TETRÀL s15 & s24 are the aluminium open cell ceilings inspired in the classic wooden grid, made up of "U" shaped profiles with a width of 15 or 24 mm and height of 40/50 or 35 mm.
Specifically designed to fit into standard 15 or 24 mm wide T-grids, they provide a trackless appearance of the ceiling.
TETRÀL s15 & s24 are high quality products for easiest placement and removal of the panels.
FEATURES
TETRÀL s15 & s24 mm feature 600x600 mm modular panels, made up of "U" shaped profiles with 15 and 24 mm base, which suitably coupled form a square cell, to be inserted in a frame.
Cell sizes from 60x60 mm up to 300x300 mm.

GRIGLIATI are the monoblade aluminium open cell ceilings made of assembled strips to form square or rectangular cells. Their effect is highly decorative, allowing for an indirect diffusion of light. The small cells make GRIGLIATI suitable for many applications, like covering air condition machinery, lift application, vertical mounting and decoration.
FEATURES
GRIGLIATI are mainly provided in 3 variations: OR1, ORi and ORs depending on the face of the celi provided.
OR1: the face is flat
ORi: the face is flat with inclined strips
ORs: the face is cubico
GRIGLIATI feature 1200x600 mm modular panels, made up of aluminium strips, which suitably assembled form square celi with a dimension and height depending on application.
Celi sizes from 13x13 mm up to 150x150 mm. Heights from 13 mm up to 80 mm.
GRIGLIATI can be supplied either plain or perforated, to achieve aesthetic and acoustic requirements, Standard perforation patterns are as follows:

different holes (see table) are available to the purpose, making the false ceiling soundproof together with soundproofing materials: specially suitable is the black Soundtex "paper tissue" film that dramatically reduces reverberation time and noise levels in general (see acoustic certifications).

Tartan-grid systems are especially suited to large rooms in which longitudinal or transverse subdivision is desired.
Rectangular or square panels and commercial lighting systems in various designs and shapes offer a host of different options for the visual and functional design of such ceilings. The grid accentuation by crossing boxes and trim strips can be further emphasized by the use of appropriate colours. Extremely decorative highlights can be achieved by the use of pyramid-shaded and oversized panels. Partition walls of various designs can easily be situated, relocated and removed under trim strips. Longitudinal and transverse walls meet one another beneath a crossing box. This makes it possible to create any configuration of square or rectangular office spaces within a selected grid area.
