The steel surrounding with incorporated drip tray is entirely removable (patented) for an easy cleaning of the plate. Stainless steel construction and reinforced isolation.

| Our new pro griddle is designed to cook high volumes of product in a short period of time and converts with ease into a charbroiler for dual function use. Griddles are constructed of 5/16" cold rolled steel with stainless steel splash guards and a removable stainless steel grease tray. Available in sizes ranging from 30" to 72". The griddles can be removed and replaced with our optional cooking grates to easily convert the unit into an outdoor charbroiler. Such versatility makes this unit ideal for resorts, country clubs, caterers and service clubs. |

Entirely out of stainless AISI 304. Edges rounded, back splash plate and side protectors anti-splashes. Plate smoothes out of chrome steel, resistant to the thermal requests. The plate is subdivided in two zones of cooking to separate control. Armor-plated resistances located under the plan of cooking. Adjustable temperature of 50°C with 320°C. Recovery of greases in an extractable drawer. 1 scraper in equipment.

Sturdy 4" heavy duty stainless steel pipe legs with adjustable feet. 4" wide stainless steel bullnose landing across the front is a functional work area for service plates and work utensils as well as controll protection. Double wall construction with heavy insulation for cooler operation. Installation clearances for non-combustible surfaces are 0" on the sides and 0" in the rear, combustible materials are 4" on the sides and 5'"in the rear.
GRIDDLE PLATE: Highly polished to minimize food sticking. 3/4" thick plate is standard, 1" thick is available. 4" high splash guard is standard. Higher sides are also available. 21" deep cooking surface
with front, cold zone grease trough. Grease drain slot is 3.5" x 1" and feeds into a seamless, deep, removable grease drawer.
CONTROLS:Equipped with brass gas valves and automatic standing pilots. Pressure regulators are set at the factory for the gas specified. Optimal pressures are 4" WC for natural gas and 10" WC for propane. Manifold size is 3/4" NPT. All controls are tested and confirmed in good working order. Calibration and adjustments are the responsibility of the installer.
BURNERS: Long life, 20,000 BTU cast iron "H" pattern burners are evenly spaced, one for each 12" increment, for even heating. |
