Door furniture
While door furniture is the key decorative element of any door, it also contributes significantly to its security, and Vachette has mastered that challenge by combining both criteria at the highest level. As proof of this commitment Vachette has developed two models of door furniture corresponding to the A2P* and A2P** labels and featuring a modern design. The Vachette product offer also includes a wide range of door furniture with an anodised aluminium or bright chrome finish.

DROP range (B, A and AS) is part of the Techno TH Hardware lines. This range has innovating escutcheons and backplates and allows a smooth use and a improved support for the handles by using a independent recovery system.
Available in blasted satin chrome (635) and PVD nickel (X20) finishes.
The exceptional ergonomics of DROP B version were distinguished by being selected for the final phase of the IF Industrial Forum Hannover 2004 international design award.

FSB views its new lockset plate for glass doors (model 4224) as coherently complementing FSB lever handle models 1063, 1078 and 1088. The furniture harmonises with handle and frame and, through its lock cover, echoes with visual concision the divide between gripping and angled sections. Its surface lies flush with any DIN frame, causing it to visually unify frame and hardware. Door frames that are not to the DIN specification can, of course, also be used - though the flush-frame effect cannot then be guaranteed. The furniture can also be used in conjunction with partition systems.
The glass door's transparency is underscored by the tight dimensions of the lock cover, which is some 10 % smaller than in standard glass door furniture. This paring-down was achieved by developing a special-purpose lock that is every bit as rugged and functional as larger models as well as being suitable for all sizes of glass door. We have developed a special heavy-duty bearing for heavily frequented doors involving an expansion sleeve in Teflon-coated stainless steel that encompasses the door handle over its entire bushing area whilst also dependably withstanding the mechanical forces exerted on large-format glass doors.

The patina spreads across hardware made of bronze like a coat of sealant, refining it in the process. Flush roses for standard doors
Standard flush roses (FSB 1736 and FSB 1737) can be fitted to doors between 38 mm and 44 mm thick. The loose handle and key rose pairs can be combined with FSB lever handle sets or indicating bolts and are available as 72mm europrofile cylinders. The key rose is supplied with either a warded ("BB") or europrofile ("PZ") keyway. The handles are fitted in the proven FSB manner. It is also just as easy to dismantle handle and rose sets.

Flush furniture in AGL® Plus and FS versions
Doors onto which flush furniture is to be fitted need to be at least 45 mm thick here. The hardware features an inseparable handle-and-rose unit, with the handle free to rotate within Teflon-coated metal bearings (AGL® Plus, FSB 7201) or bearings for fire-safety and smoke doors (FS, FSB 7601) and is supplied ready for fixing with FSB 1731/1735 roses. Europrofile dimensions 72 mm and 92 mm are possible (also available as half-sets for main entrance doors).
