Tilt-and-Turn for the European section profiles.
The Ral certificate has been obtained for wings of up to 130 Kg and then do not need the auxiliary kit for the extra load. The principal prerogative, apart from excellent resistance, is the simplicity and quickness in assembling the whole mechanism. The corner-transmission is ambidextrous, the hinge fastening counter-plate are already pre-mounted and are in stainless steel. The lower hinge screws are positioned frontally for a quick and safe assembly; while those for the upper hinges are inclined so as to make the fixing extremely easy. The lower hinge can be adjusted vertically (-0.5/+4mm) and horizontally (-1/+1mm) with the window completely closed. The adjustable arm and locking points are made of stainless steel.

OLIVARI has carried out a research on the issue of windows from the point of view of the users, who look for the quality and design of handles but also for security.
The DK by SECURITY is the outcome of this research. By blocking the handle’s rotation, it prevents the window from opening.
Anti-intrusion
The DK by SECURITY is a valid anti-intrusion system and it is always activated.
Any ill-intentioned person will not be able to turn the handle’s bar from the outside neither by making a hole at the handle’s frame nor by making a hole in the frame below the handle. The frame cannot, indeed, be turned from the outside since the security block blocks it.
Safe for children
Thanks to this system, it is more difficult for children to open the window. It is, in fact, necessary to press the button and rotate the handle at the same time.
Functional and noiseless
The application on the frame is very easy, like the action to be carried out is easy and instinctive: press the button to turn off the mechanism blocking the handle’s rotation.
The turning on of the DK from the locking position to the unlocking one is completely noiseless.
Suitable for all models
The system, which can be used with all OLIVARI models, is made of a particular internal mechanism that ends with a normal button on the DK plate. It does not interfere; it occupies a limited space and can be mounted both upwards and downwards.

The Tilt and Turn Kit is composed of an ambidextrous mechanism adaptable to windows having a width between 365 mm. and 1.300 mm. and a height between 500 mm. and 2.450 mm.
Supplemental arms are envisaged for applications where the widht is greater than 1.300 mm. and supplemental closures where the height exceeds 1.200 mm.
The mechanism is also provided with a special system for the protection against incorrect manoeuvres, forced entry protection , various adjustment devices and It’s characterized by an installation performed using a simple and intuitive procedure that reduces the installation times.
Another , but not the last important characteristic is provided by the fact that It’s possible to match the B 101 cremone aesthetically matching the kit with the rest of normal hinged opening windows.
It should be noted that the height of the hinge unit is equal to 100 mm. adapting itself to the aesthetics of the standard hinge closing window.

HERCULES HINGE
CHARACTERISTICS
This hinge has been designed for safety or armoured doors because of its installation and capacity characteristics. The plate covering the securing screws is fixed with a dowel from the inside of the hinge and can only be removed when the door is open. With the components provided, spring fixing plate, guided by a 6 mm diameter threaded rod and the template (optional for drilling), easy use and simple installation are guaranteed.
