OKATHERM Double Glazings Units
OKATHERM functional insulating glasses are manufactured in a great variety of different configurations in order to fulfil the project-specific demands of architects and planners. Being an independent and not glasshouse-bound producer of high-quality insulating glasses, OKALUX is able to use all basic glasses that are available on the market, including coated, pre-stretched, laminated or otherwise treated glasses. The result is that OKALUX can offer the best AND the most cost-minimising solution to meet the concrete needs and requirements of architects and planners |

OKAWOOD Insulating glass with timber inserts
As a natural material, wood creates a very comfortable atmosphere inside buildings. This is also true for the glazing: The incorporation of wood into the glazing projects the exclusive natural raw material and its special colouration. OKAWOOD with its timber grid in the interpane cavity allows warmly coloured light to fall into the room. OKAWOOD with timber veneer adds the emotional warmth and vitality of the natural material to the building's contours - the exclusive woods are protected from UV- radiation and any other climatic conditions. |

OKAPOINT Point supported insulating glass
OKAPOINT point support for insulating glass is available in a countersunk version and in a surface mounted version. Cross sections of the two versions are depicted in the information text (PDF-document). Additional product-specific instructions can also be found in the information text.
The OKAPOINT system distinguishes itself by
elastic joints
bolts pre-assembled in screw-in bushes
countersunk or surface-mounted version. |

OKAPANE Light-Diffusing Insulating Glass for U-profile Glass
OKAPANE is a capillary panel made of honeycombed, glass- clear tubes. The OKAPANE capillary slab is covered with glass fibre tissue (10mm) on both sides.
Light-diffusing insulating panels in double-soundproofing U-profile glass (Linit or Profilit) utilise the daylight and significantly reduce heat losses. They ensure the optimum and even light emission in the room, independent from alternating irradiation conditions. Light transmission and sun protection (TSET) can be determined in correspondence with individual demands. A superb, colour rendering, excellent thermal insulation Ug-value up to 0,7 W/(m²K) | 0.12 Btu/(h ft² °F) and the significant improvement of soundproofing as well as the optical effect of depth from inside and outside round off the property-spectrum of OKAPANE. |

OKATECH Insulating Glass with Metal Interlayer
Object design with the design object
The innovative power of OKALUX has much to offer for the design oriented architect: a design element in the area of multi-pane glazing called OKATECH.
OKATECH is an insulating glass with metal interlayer. Various textures such as metal interlays, expanded metal grids or ornaments with perforations ("holes") with different colour coverings become combined with sun protecting or heat loss covering and thus add glow, structure and texture to the insulating glass. Emphasis is given to the interplay of visual attractions, light and shadow, glow and structure, light diffusion and reflection. Tightly woven patterns in façade glazings can almost "exclude" glare caused during the zenith of the summer
sun. |

OKALUX - Light Diffusing Insulating Glass
OKALUX insulating glass elements with capillary inlays are beautiful and highly efficient. The diffuse the daylight deep into the room and simultaneously provide an excellent sun and glare control. Their heat insulation properties are impressive and the transmission values of the glass can be individually adjusted to suit the requirements of your buildings.
The insulating glass elements contain copious translucent or white capillary tubes in the inter-pane cavities. These split up the incident daylight and diffuse it throughout the interior room. |

KAPILUX - Capillary System
KAPILUX is an insulating glass which contains a capillary panel. This panel is made of honeycombed, glass- clear or white tubes.

High performance: low-emissivity
Full range: hard-coated (using a pyrolitic process) or soft-coated (using a magnetron process) glasses
Environmental impact: the low-emissivity coatings lead to significantly lower energy consumption and CO2 emissions
Multiple applications: buildings, household appliances, horticultural industry, etc.
Application: single glazing - insulating glazing - safety/security glazing

| Insulating glass units (or "IG units") improve thermal performance by providing a thermal break - two or more lites separated by a sealed air space. This enables the glass to meet two very different requirements - keeping heat in during colder weather and keeping heat out during warmer weather. |

A new technology has been developed to increase the performance of traditional double-glazing, where the traditional aluminium spacer is replaced for a thermo-plastic material (TPS).
This unique system allows the use of a high molecular weight gas filling, together with a structural silicone sealant.
The TPS formulation is based on polyisobutylene, desiccants and ultra-violet inhibitors.

The noise constitutes today one of the independent sources of pollution to be fought, and particularly in urban environment. Where glass can play a paramount part of heat insulator, it will be able to also fulfill an important role with the level of acoustic comfort. ipaphon is an asymmetrical glazing whose filling of the embedded blank is ensured by a specific gas.
Partially, an acoustic insulation sheet or a layer of resin will supplement the effectiveness of the unit. As the thermo isolation remains a concern impossible to circumvent, ipaphon uses the resources of layer iplus glass neutral E. Two reasons to answer the schedule of conditions with a single product |
