Description:
Isosystems presents its new product: ISY-BRIK, an innovative, high quality product.
The ISY-BRIK system is a panel (extruded polystyrene) with a guide seal milled into the mass of the panel. This guide seal allows the brick splits to be installed very simply. ISY-BRIK also provides insulation.
The dimensions of the ISY-BRIK are 1250 mm (length) and 600 mm (width), its coating surface is 0.75 m² and it is available in a number of thicknesses: 20/40/60/80 mm.

Knauf Insulation is also providing you with high performance insulation solutions in both extruded polystyrene (XPS) and expanded polystyrene (EPS).
XPS (Extruded Polystyrene)
XPS is an extruded polystyrene insulation manufactured through a plastic extrusion process. The resulting boards are almost 100% closed cell, strong, highly moisture resistant and easy to cut and shape.
Knauf Insulation Polyfoam extruded polystyrene (XPS) is particularly indicated for places where a high mechanic resistance is required. Its resistance to water and compression make it the ideal insulation solution for extreme conditions. Moreover, it is very easy to install and offers a high performance thermal insulation for your building.
Knauf Insulation Polyfoam XPS insulation solutions provide you with :
Resistance to compression: The inherent mechanical strength of Polyfoam make it the ideal solution for heavy domestic or industrial loads
Water resistance: Polyfoam is almost 100% closed cell and as such is unaffected by moisture
Lightweight: volume optimisation and easy to handle
Resistance to deformation
Resistance to impact
Versatile: the closed cell structure and density of Polyfoam allow specific edge details and surface finishes to be cut into the boards to make them as fit for the job as possible. Moreover, Polyfoam can be cut into almost any shape
100% ozone friendly
Recyclable: Polyfoam is a polystyrene foam insulant and as such is 100% recyclable

For technically demanding applications, such as building cellars or flat roofs, the insulation materials used must not only be able to take pressure loads, they must be resistant to moisture, water and salty or acidic soils. In such cases, URSA XPS is the obvious choice.
This extruded polystyrene rigid foam offers excellent compression strength, a high level of heat insulation and low water intake. It is easily handled, cost-effective and easy to work with under any weather conditions.
URSA XPS ensures a low heating demand in buildings and helps to relieve the strain on the environment. What%u2019s more, the production of the insulation material itself is environmentally friendly, since it is foamed with naturally occurring gasses.

JACKODUR® KF Standard is a high-quality thermal insulation in extruded polystyrene foam (XPS). It is particularly suitable for basement / perimeter applications as it is compression proof, dimensionally stable, moisture and rot resistant. It can therefore also be used in standing water and as load-bearing foundation slabs.
JACKODUR® KF Standard thermal insulation for basement/perimeter is available in a number of different variations:
* compressive strengths 300 kPa / 500 kPa / 700 kPa
* smooth, extrusion-compressed surface
* edge profiles: shiplap (SF), butt edge (GL) or tongue and groove (NF)
* thickness between 30 and 320 mm depending on the format desired
* surface area covered depends on format, e.g. 1250x600 mm = 0.75 m² or 2500 x 600 mm = 1.5 m²

The high resistance to compression and the excellent damp-resistance properties of STYRISOL® makes it ideally suited as insulation under different flooring types.
Installation UNDER the concrete
STYRISOL® insulation boards are placed directly on the flat and stabilised foundation. A PE-foil needs to be put above the insulation to prevent the mortar from getting between the joints of the boards (creates cold bridges).
Installation ABOVE the concrete
STYRISOL® insulation boards are placed on a smooth concrete surface. We suggest that a water vapour barrier is placed between the boards and the concrete to avoid cold bridges.
Attachment TO the concrete
It is recommended that the insulation is fixed mechanically to the concrete. Underfloor heating STYRISOL® insulation boards can be used in all standard underfloor heating systems.

An inverted roof is basically a single-leaf, unventilated flat or shallow-pitched roof, in which, contrary to (or in an inversion of – hence its name) the “normal flat roof” the thermal insulation lies on top of the waterproofing and is therefore exposed to the elements. It is therefore not the waterproofing that protects the thermal insulation, but the thermal insulation that protects the waterproofing.
JACKODUR® KF Standard is a high-quality thermal insulation in extruded polystyrene foam (XPS). It is particularly suitable for use in inverted roofs as it is compression proof, dimensionally stable, moisture and rot resistant and therefore impervious to the different effects of the weather.
JACKODUR® KF standard thermal insulation for inverted roofs is available in a number of different variations:
* compressive strengths 300 kPa / 500 kPa / 700 kPa
* smooth, extrusion-compressed surface
* edge profile: shiplap (SF)
* thickness between 30 and 320 mm depending on the format desired
* surface area covered depends on format, e.g. 1250x600 mm = 0.75 m²

The Tectum III roof deck panel is a composite of a 1½" or thicker Tectum substrate, Dow Styrofoam® brand XPS (extruded polystyrene) insulation 1½" to 8" thick and 7/16" OSB (oriented strand board) sheathing with a slip-resistant surface. Components are bonded with code-listed structural adhesives. Tectum III panels are typically used in sloped applications where insulation and a nailable surface are required.

STYRISOL® insulation boards are placed with the tongue upwards, close to one another and on the inner cavity wall. A ventilated cavity of at least 4 cm is needed. The wall ties have to be installed so that water cannot penetrate into the inner wall. At ground level, a damming layer needs to be applied. Water is drained off through the open grooves.

The REPI SOUND panels are metallic panels with insulation made of mineral wool fit for the realisation of Roofs Coverings, Walls, Internal Division of industrial and civil building
The REPI SOUND panels are constituted of two trapezoidal or microgrooved metallic supports with interposed insulation of oriented fibre mineral wool which is arranged in fillets perpendicularly to the two metallic supports.
METAL SUPPORT:
The REPI SOUND panels are made of two trapezoidal, microgrooved or flat metallic supports obtained by cold-process profiling the sheet coils.
The materials which are used are:
- Galvanized Steel
- Prepainted Galvanized Steel
- Stainless Steel
- Natural Aluminium
- Prepainted Aluminium
- Copper
INSULATION:
The insulation is made of oriented fibre mineral wool which is arranged in fillets perpendicularly to the two metallic supports. The thickness of the insulation may vary from a minimum of 40 mm to a maximum of 300 mm with a density from 75 to 150 kg/cu.m.
PERFORMANCE AND TECHNICAL ASPECTS
The REPI SOUND panels belong to the category of fire-proof products and soundproofing and soundabsorbent products. The REPI SOUND panel obtains the soundabsorbent power thanks to its typical Perforated Sheet exposed to noise. Acoustic tests have attributed to the REPI SOUND panels values of RW equal to 32dB, 33dB, 35dB, which face the problems concerning noise reduction. In order to increase the soundproofing power, it is possible to produce a monolithic panel supplied with triple sheet, that is to say with a thin metallic sheet between two insulating layers.
