ISOVENT-TOP®ventilated thermal insulators
The system provides thermal ventilation for civil and industrial roofs and, thanks to its sandwich configuration, offers considerable advantages both in terms of living comfort and easier tile laying.
The thermoventilated ISOVENT-TOP® insulator is made up of a shaped sheet of blue sintered expanded polystyrene, alternatively with added graphite (a material complying with EN 13163 standards), placed between a EUROSTRAND OSB panel and a plywood panel using phenolic glueing or a plasterboard sheet using glue with such physical and mechanical characteristics as to make the insulating component stick perfectly to the whole system.
The ISOVENT-TOP system proves to be practical and convenient. Its dimensions and technical characteristics make it similar to ISOVENT, with the added advantage of an exposed intrados. This leads to considerable savings in the laying of materials since we are dealing with a complete roof pack.

ISOSANDWICH® structural panel thermal insulator
A system used in flat roofs, pitched roofs or galleries. As well as a sandwich panel with a safely threadable surface, it provides a roof with exposed intrados, thermally insulated and ready for further work. The ISOSANDWICH system delivers excellent results thanks to its panel structure and composition.
ISOSANDWICH® structural panels are made up of a EUROSTRAND OSB panel coupled with a three-layer plywood or plasterboard sheet and a layer of insulating material in between. All materials comply with European regulations.

ELYCOP® is a sandwich pre-fabricated roofing system, insulating and self-bearing, precurved to a fixed radius of 3.30 m.
The modular elements create an opaque roof, diffused shed light interrupted by ELYPLAST® (C496) double-walled skylights.
ELYCOP® is used on pre-fabricated structures with alternating wing-shaped or Y beams, to create a light, dependable and functional roof.

Acoustic sound absorbing panels are used for sound damping in internal applications only.
They can be erected as cladding of sound-absorbing cabins, as partition walls and additional cladding on façades and roofs.

Trimo added a novelty to the existing, well-established construction systems - panels with hidden fixing or Trimoterm INVISIO, which enables performance of vertical façades.
Façade system combines aesthetical accomplishment with excellent technical characteristics. Simplicity and fast assembly stand out among the properties.
Fixing of INVISIO panels is performed by optimised washing elements and self-cutting bolts. All fixing elements are integrated in a panel joint and they are not visible after the assembly.
The range of application is extremely wide since these panels are suitable for representative, commercial, business and industrial facilities.
Panel form and fixing method are made to hide the fixing spots. Sheet metal on the external side can be made in micro-lined or stair-like form, the internal sheet metal in stair-like or »v« form.

Panels of the Trimoterm FTV family are produced in accordance with the patented production process by the use of lamella technique made of uninflammable mineral wool (A1 in accordance with DIN 4102,EN 1182), which assures the best utilisation of compression, tensile and shear properties of the core. Simultaneously they assure optimal thermal and fire characteristics.
The face of a panel is made of hot galvanised (275g/m2) and painted sheet metal in standard thickness of 0.6 mm and 0.5 mm, which gives a panel strong mechanical resistance, durability and aesthetical appearance of a surface.
External anti-corrosion protection is adjusted to climate requirements. Use of corrosive-resistant materials is possible under severe conditions. During the production process both faces of sheet metal are compactly glued with the core by a thin layer of adhesive (3) that meets high strength and durability requirements.
Advantages:
- Strong fire resistance (30 to 180 min)
- Good thermal and sound insulation,
- High load-bearing capacity,
- Water- and air-resistance,
- Durability and
- Fast and simple assembly.

%u201CLight marble%u201D a seeming contradiction%u2026
The main problems with using stone stem from difficulties in handling and laying it
and from size limits. The slabs generally used have to be 2.5 to 3 cm thick, on average,
to limit the risk of breakage during laying.
Thickness and high specific weight combine to produce averages weight of between
80 and 90 kg per square metre.
Weight thus limits usable dimensions (it%u2019s difficult to use slabs of over 2m2),
it necessitates complex handling and anchoring systems, requires considerable manpower in the assembly stage and significantly increases the cost of the structure (the building
and mechanical parts) that has to support such loads.
As a result, the market is looking to alternative materials, or artificial marble.
Natural Stone Tech has developed the Phidia panel:
thin slab of marble (from 3.5 to 5 mm) on a structural support (from 5 to 40 mm)
with an overall thickness ranging from 8.5 to 45 mm.
The slab weighs around 20 kg/m2, offers a natural stone facing with a back-panel made of a material that allows for rapid installation (with rivets or adhesive, in frames,
anchored directly to the wall with dowels).
This overcomes size-limit problems.
Phidia makes it possible to obtain slabs of up to 6m2 weighing an overall 120 kg against
the 480 kg of traditional natural stone.
