The new HL-HP 800 Series is available with loading capacity of 14 kg / 30 pounds, 18 kg / 40 pounds, 20 kg / 45 pounds, 25 kg / 60 pounds, 32 kg / 80 pounds, 40 kg / 90 pounds and 60 kg / 135 pounds.
Union’s H.C.S. (Hybrid Charge System™) an improvement of the fractional distillation system, allows all cleaning components to function in a specially co-ordinated system to achieve the optimum cleaning results ... even removes water-soluble stains! Automatic solvent quantity control guarantees distillation without impurity and assures the delivery of clean solvent to the storage tank. An optional feature humidifies the solvent during the pre-wash phase. This significantly reduces the amount of soap additives needed to remove water-soluble stains, which helps lower your costs. Solvent from the start phase of distillation is mixed with recovered solvent from the drying phase and moderately humidified. Using this solvent mixture for the pre-wash phase and during the first phase of the next cleaning cycle means more efficient and effective solvent use with further cost-savings.

Super short drying time is now reality thanks to Union's exclusive Ideal Tunnel Drying System®.
This innovative design doubles the air-flow through the load in the basket which dramatically cuts normal drying time. You get more production which means more profitability. By locating the fan midway in the coils and coordinating the refrigeration and heating system during the drying phase, larger volumes of air are now circulated in the basket. Combined with Union's Auto-Dry II time/temperature control, the L-P 800
Series drying time is the fastest of all! For all electric versions , the L-P 800, can be fitted with the upgraded version of UNlON's TURBO STILL II, designed to reduce electrical energy consumption by harnessing the waste heat of distillation and using it for solvent recovery in the drying process. Before the door lock allows access to the drum, the computer automatically activates a drum deodorization process (Recuper U-2000 optional version). This exchanges cleaned air removing the final low concentrations of solvent fumes from the drum before they come into contact with the operator during unloading.
This produces faster and better quality finishing. And UNION machines have the TURBOFAN system that provides optimum vapor recovery in the still and button trap. |

Union introduces the new Series 720 – 724 .
Models available on this line of machines are L720 E - P724 E - L724 E and L724 S, the best solution for small-edium sized drycleaning shops or whenever high production rate is required with low energy costs and short running times, the ideal solution for small shops, hotels laundry and community. For shops and coin-operated services are also available the model P720 COIN (without still) and model P720 CD (with still).
