From the best name in drycleaning, Union has opened a new age in cleaning technology with the new IDEAL I-40. This machine features two independent washing circuits , one for wetcleaning and one for drycleaning.

Washing machines HS-6013, HS-6017 and HS-6023 incorporate the symbol Wet Cleaning Ready so that the users identify of fast way the possibilities of versatility of these models.
The Inteli control allows to realize from intensive processes of washing to take the most difficult dirt of mantelerías or sheets to processes of end taken care of for the delicate article washing like wool.
The versatility of the Girbau washing machines is an important added value for the dry cleaners businesses. A single machine allows them to realize processes of all type, only changing to the parameters of programming, amortizing therefore the equipment and increasing the yield of the business.
Girbau offers the capacities of 13kg, 17kg and 23 kg for processes of Wet Cleaning considering that a washing machine 17kg is considered that it has a capacity of 8,5kg to Wet Cleaning (half of the nominal capacity calculates that indicates the manufacturers). Thus, the range of Series 6 of Girbau would be translated in capacities of 6,5kg, 8,5kg and 11,5kg in Wet Cleaning.
The Wet Cleaning is the best alternative to the cleaning in dry of delicate articles. It only requires knowledge of the process and a washing machine Girbau Wet Cleaning Ready.

Because these fabrics are relatively light, the use of the washer’s loading ratio and volume. Split pocket washers are the most popular because the inner cylinder is divided into two compartments, making the washer much easier to load and unload. Washers should be sized so that the contents of one pocket would go to one dryer when unloaded, while the contents of the other pocket would go to the other dryer.

The forthcoming year 2008 will be extremely important for Primus as numerous new products are to be launched. The first of these products is a new washer-extractor, namely FS23.
FS23 is a washer-extrator with the capacity of 22 kg (220 liters) and, similarly to models FS 33 40 55, it can be equipped with the Graphitronic® multifunctional timer.
The new washer was specially developed for the Coin–op markets as it is very compact (21 cm lower & 8,5 cm slimmer than its forerunner FS22). Other great features on the FS23 coin are the user friendly Easy control® , integrated coin timer and the soap hopper on the top lid.
Optionally there will also be a FS23 „PRO“ available for the OPL market. The FS23 „PRO“ will be equipped with a stanless steel soap hopper with 4 compartments mounted on the front.
Moreover, a lot of attention has been paid to uniformity and design, so that the washer would form a harmonious unit with the other washer extractors in the range.
