The internal structure, guaranteed lifelong, is made of metal, combined with shaped steel sections; the feet are made of massif wood in the following types of finishing: walnut, cherry, wenge, silver or black. The backs and the seats (springing with flexible spiral springs) are upholstered with polyurethane padding wrapped into layers of acrylic fibre.

This is the 2007 re-edition of a remarkable suite originally designed in 1976 by Piero di Pierri and Paola Angeli Bufalini and which has always been considered the “Rolls Royce” of upholstered furniture thanks to the quality of its design, hand-made upholstery and quality of the leather used. It is perhaps the only remaining creation of the last 50 years from the incredible number of upholstered furniture produced both in Italy and abroad.

The "Hommage to Eileen Grey" is a reminiscence of an excellent designer, who worked in the twenties of the last century. Many of her designs are still produced today. Someone, who knows her works, can easily recognise the deduction from it.
