1、Unitized Curtain Wall System:
Project: 6 Mort Street, Australia
The unitized curtain wall system is usually applied on the buildings which have a uniform exterior wall design. It can control and ensure the overall quality of the product; ensure the accuracy of installation; shorten the construction period considerably; provides "flexible skin" which enables the curtain wall to withstand building movement and thermal movement; provides an effective water drainage system and a pressure-equalized system.
2、Stick Curtain Wall System:
Project: North Tower Smaralind, Iceland Europe
The stick wall system can be used on any type of structure or exterior wall. These systems tend to work best on highly intricate or articulated wall designs.
3、Hybrid Curtain Wall System:
Project: Highline 23 Tower, New York
The hybrid wall system is best for use on buildings where a compromise between a unitized wall system and a stick wall system is required due to design or construction issues. It tends to use the better qualities of each to allow smaller, more manageable units.
4、Window Wall System:
The window wall system design is typically utilized on buildings where the structure conflicts with the exterior wall zone forcing the windows to run intermittently between floor slabs.
The window wall design achieves a reasonable amount of performance against air and water infiltration and does tend to surpass the curtain wall in acoustic ability (basically between floors).

The 1202 Kawneer system offers various depths of uprights and crosspieces to facilitate adaptation to all project constraints, from curtain cladding and semi-curtains, to plane panelled and faceted. The 1202 cladding has the advantage of no height limit.
Depending on requirements, the cladding can be equipped with French-style openings, fixed hinge windows, tilt/turn windows and windows with an Italian-style frame invisible from the outside.
|
|
|
The 1204 KAWNEER system allows the creation of curtain claddings, semi curtains, panels, faces and frame-surrounding facets, outlining each glass pane or panel of a hollow joint.

The AA 210 is a quick installation modular curtain wall for vertical cladding.
The construction principle allows for significant reduction in the amount of time for installation on-site, in order to suit the pace of the main construction.
The modular cladding is assembled in the workshop using an industrial production method, which guarantees its waterproofing and acoustic performance once complete.
It can be combined with French doors, fire doors or concealed Italian openings.

When accentuated sightlines are desired on the exterior of the building with minimal framing visible from the interior, Series 6000 is the product for your building. This system is "reversed" from the conventional curtain walls of today with the structural element of the wall to the exterior of the building with small trim caps to the interior. Gaskets are available with factory molded corners. Continuous horizontal gutters result in superior air and water performance. Glass is set from the interior of the building reducing field installation costs. The Series 6000 is available in a standard 3" wide x 6-3/4" deep offering but can be customized to the specific needs of any project.

The image of curtain walling is most often associated with substantial office buildings. Curtain walling systems enable large facades to be quickly and simply constructed and still allow for considerable expanses of glazing. However curtain walling sections can also be used as the skeleton for a glass enclosure, with little or no impact on the external appearance.
When the glass is structurally bonded to the aluminium section, the impact to the design is minimal, with sight lines typically as small as 52mm. The depth of the curtain walling will depend on both the vertical and horizontal size of the structure, but the sight line will remain constant.

|
MC Curtain Walling
Clean and narrow 52mm sight lines both horizontally and vertically
A single fully integrated suite to incorporate a flexibility of designs
Facades can be facetted to create more interesting shapes and sizes
MC trame is an innovative addition to the range, which emphasises the horizontal, or vertical lines by eliminationg the need for cover caps on the other.
These extrusions can be used to support silicone glazed roofs.

Cross-laminated timber (KLH) is produced from spruce strips that are stacked crosswise on top of each other and glued to each other. The PEFC certificate guarantees that the raw material used comes from ecological, economical and socially responsible forests.
The crossways arrangement of the longitudinal and crosswise lamellas reduced the swelling and shrinkage in the board plane to an insignificant minimum - static strength and shape retention increase considerably. Compared to conventional timber construction products, cross-laminated timber offers entirely new possibilities when it comes to load transfer. Not only can loads be transferred in one direction (as is the case, for example, with supports, girders, etc.) but on all sides (referred to as "genuine plate and sheet action").
Only technically dried wood with a wood moisture of 12% (+/- 2%) is used to produce KLH solid cross-laminated timber boards. This rules out any damaging pest, fungus and insect attacks. All boards used are subject to a visual and mechanical quality sorting procedure.
The gluing takes place using solvent-free and formaldehyde-free PUR adhesive from Purbond (HB 110, HB 530) - this adhesive is tested according to DIN 68141 and other strict criteria of the MPA Baden Württemberg, Otto Graf Institute Stuttgart and is recognised for the production of internal and external supporting timber components and special construction methods in accordance with DIN 1052 and EN 301. The glue is applied automatically over the whole surface - the percentage of adhesive is 0.2 kg/m² and glue seam. A very high-quality level of adhesion is achieved as a result of the pressing power of approx. 6 kg/cm2.
The factory cutting and beaming of KLH solid cross-laminated timber boards takes place using state-of-the-art CNC technology. The basis for the cutting is formed by the cutting plans of the client. On request and with the appropriate equipment, the boards can also be cut by the relevant construction company.
