While satin-finish glass became a classic façade covering years ago, “decorated” glass is still less commonly. Of the examples that can be seen, some are extremely interesting and pleasing to look at. It was a natural development for Vitrealspecchi to offer solutions that optimise cost/benefit calculations for this sort of application. This glass is the fruit of the Vitrealspecchi’s collaboration with the architect Ivo Pellegri (decorative patterns) and Sipam (structural design) and it showcases the interaction of décor and technology. Stopsol Supersilver, for example, is a classic pyrolytic glass for solar control applications that’s been given special Vitrealspecchi etching treatment: in double glazing it interacts with a clear or satin-finish back pane to produce dynamic textures and certain striking effects also visible on large surface areas of glass at a distance.
Methods of assembly in double glazing units and the processes supported by the glass depend on the characteristics of the base materials used: Madras® etching does not alter performance characteristics but does extend aesthetic potential. Standard plate size: 2250 x 3210 mm, thickness: up to 12 mm.

In our plant, which is about 2.500 mq, we manufacture by means of completely automated benches following products: traditional insulating glass with a Venetian blind encapsulated within its two glass panes (Sombra do Sol) and isulating glass with structural silicone sealing which can be used to realize structured facades.

By introducing internationally advanced anti-bacterial coating in the surface of ACP, WILLSTRONG® anti-bacterial ACP is featured with the capability of controlling the activities and propagation of microbes and bacteria and even killing them ultimately. Tests by authorities verifies that 290,000 coliforms and Staphy Lococcus aureus implanted in the surface of ACP in advance, will decrease to at most 5000 pcs under the inside condition of 35 ℃ after 24 hours. Reduction rate reaches 98% according to national anti-bacterial standard for building materials JC/T897-2002. OKAFLEX Flexible Light Control
Variable illumination, flexible room utilisation - OKAFLEX helps to precisely steer daylight.
OKAFLEX, the thermal protection glazing with integrated lamella jalousie provides as much sun protection as necessary and as much daylight as possible. Glare and sight protection are also adjustable. All systems have been checked for heat resistance, fogging resistance and permanent load. Additionally, OKAFLEX is distinguished by the following properties:

The polycarbonate panel system MODULIT 520HC is a new product suitable for many multiwall vertical glazings. It offers the highest performances and enable a cost efficient installation. The UV protection, co-extruded on the panel external side, gives it a long and fit life. The honeycomb structure ensures a good load resistance and an excellent thermal insulation.

Politec MODULIT 338LP is a polycarbonate modular panel, Uv protected by co-extrusion on external side, mainly used for vertical or sloped glazings. The high thickness of 40 mm and the internal structure with diagonal ribs combine excellent mechanical properties and thermal insulation, allowing important energy and structure saving. Available in a large range of colours (also on client request), it is completed by simple aluminium profile or with thermal cut, EPDM gaskets and aluminium fixing hooks required to fix panels to the bearing structure. The module width (338 mm) together with aluminium fixing hooks allow panels to reach very good values of resistance to wind loads.
