Party Wall is a lightweight concrete block that gives very high levels of sound reduction in separating walls between buildings.

Low density blocks with superior insulating properties for internal blockwork which can achieve high thermal values for external walls using minimal amounts of secondary insulation. These blocks can be used in all parts of the project above ground and the inner leaf below ground. Their performance makes them suitable for general load bearing conditions, internal partitions and where low weight for handling is important.
Ultralite blocks are not intended to be left fair-faced or painted. They are a functional block which should have a finish (plaster, render, plasterboard, cladding etc.) applied where the wall is to have visual importance.
