FunderMaxExterior Alucompact 42 F with decors from the FunderMaxExterior collection are extremely resistant to fracture, large-format panels for cladding facades and balconies.
FunderMaxExterior Alucompact 42 F quality panels are duromer high-pressure laminates (HPL) as per EN 438-6, type EDF with extremely effective weather protection. The weather protective coating consists of double hardened acrylic polyurethane resins. They have a 0.42 mm thick aluminium strip underneath the decor layer on both sides. The aluminium strips give the panels extremely high tensile strength and rigidity. This enables the production of perforated balcony elements, or the spacing between the mounting points to be increased.

TECU® Brass is a new material – with a reddish golden surface for impressive new façade solutions using copper.
TECU® Brass is a CuZn15-grade copper and zinc alloy that has been specially designed for use on façades. Weathering changes the original reddish golden colour of the surface in a very lively manner, with each façade developing its own unique characteristics. After the initial matting, the surface takes on a greenish brown tone, which slowly turns greyish brown before evolving into a dark brown-anthracite colour. On sloping surfaces, a uniquely individual patina layer typical of classical copper surfaces develops.
TECU® Brass offers outstanding mechanical abrasion resistance, extremely high corrosion resistance and durability as well as excellent stability and material rigidity. The material can be easily cold-shaped and soft-soldered. Because of its special material characteristics, TECU® Brass is also well suited for large-area applications.
TECU® Brass is an ideal complement to the TECU® product range and can be perfectly combined with the other copper surfaces. TECU® Brass offers without exception all the familiar economic advantages of the TECU® brand name.

TECU® Classic is the product name for traditional bright rolled TECU® sheets and TECU® strips. Initially, the material has the aesthetic qualities of the bright copper surface which, on exposure to the atmosphere, slowly changes to dark brown as the oxide layer forms and later develops copper's typical green patina layer on pitched surfaces.
The design and planning possibilities of TECU® Classic allow a continuous stream of new developments and innovative ideas in the world of today’s and tomorrow’s modern architecture.

Using a specially developed industrial process, TECU® copper sheets are patinated green on one side. This process causes an oxidised layer to form on the surface of the copper – a process similar to the natural patination that occurs over a long period of time when copper is exposed to atmospheric conditions. This is not an artificial colouring or coating process. TECU® Patina gives cladding the green patina colour typical of copper right from the start.
TECU® Patina does away with the waiting time otherwise necessary until the pitched surfaces eventually turn green as a result of the natural effects of weathering. Roofs, façades and rainwater systems have the green patina that is unique to copper right from the outset.
The special manufacturing technology used allows some colour variation in the individual sheets from light green to blue-green. Each sheet is unique. Although these differences can be seen just after installation, they soon become less noticeable on exposure to the elements.
The patina continuously changes and develops when exposed to atmospheric conditions. The resulting variations in colour are proof of just how natural the patina surface is.
TECU® Patina offers unique possibilities for demanding design solutions in modern architecture. The many prize-winning buildings that have been constructed using this extraordinary material are compelling evidence of its unique design potential.

TECU® Panels like TECU® Profiled Sheets, are produced on roll formers or corner presses. The panels are assembled on site using the tongue and groove technique or by overlapping the panels. TECU® Panels are two-sided cladding elements with an end base, depending on the construction, in lengths of approx. 4,000 mm.
The panels can be assembled in various directions - vertically, horizontally or diagonally. There are three basic forms, depending on the constructional principle:
-Tongue and groove panels laid vertically as a level surface facade cladding
- Tongue and groove panels laid horizontally as a level surface facade cladding.
- Special panels with visible or concealed fixings, laid in various directions, with a level surface or overlapped.

TECU® Oxid is TECU® copper that is specially treated in a patented industrial process in which TECU® strips are oxidised on both sides. With TECU® Oxid, the bright copper phase is bridged so that a uniform, dark brown oxidised layer is achieved even before the cladding is laid. This is not an artificial colouring process or coating, but rather an oxidised layer which is created from the surface of the copper itself. The surface further develops into the natural oxide layer in the course of weathering. The special manufacturing technology used produces lighter and darker shades of brown.
With TECU® Oxid, copper on buildings has a brown oxide layer right from the start. The material also has the same extraordinary properties of all other TECU® surfaces.
On exterior wall cladding, an initial appearance of grey-violet hues is possible. However, these colour variations disappear as the natural oxidation process progresses.
TECU® Oxid is ideal for architects, contractors and building owners who prefer this surface to the normal bright rolled copper. With its aesthetic colouring and in combination with other construction materials, TECU® Oxid always stands out from the rest.

TECU® Gold is a new material – with a precious golden surface for impressive new façade solutions using copper.
TECU® Gold is a copper and aluminium alloy. The original shiny golden colour of the surface goes through characteristic changes when exposed to normal weathering. After the initial matting, a golden and yellowish oxidation layer gradually emerges, and this changes over time into a soft golden colour. The patination processes do not give rise to any further intensive colouring on façade surfaces.
TECU® Gold offers outstanding mechanical abrasion resistance, extremely high corrosion resistance and durability as well as excellent stability and material rigidity. The material can be easily cold-shaped and processed using standard techniques. Because of its special material characteristics, TECU® Gold is also well suited for large-area applications.
TECU® Gold is an ideal complement to the TECU® product range and can be perfectly combined with the other copper surfaces. All the familiar economic advantages of the TECU® brand name apply without exception to TECU® Gold.

The bright, shiny surface associated with freshly laid copper will not remain for very long when exposed to the environment. It is often thought, for a variety of reasons, to be a disadvantage to have to wait for the natural patina to form. Therefore this patination treatment method, Nordic Green PLUS has been developed.

Dark oxidized copper sheets and strips for building purposes
Nordic Brown has been developed in order to give a choice to architects. The dark oxidized surface is equivalent to the degree of natural oxidation obtained before the development of a green patina can be observed.

The careful selection of materials and construction systems which will be used in specific buildings are factors that require special attention from designers. The construction, operation and conservation costs for every technical solution should be exhaustively analysed so as to optimise the economic effectiveness of the building.
In the long-term, the use of high quality materials will be seen as financially advantageous. The functionality and durability of the materials, the energy savings achieved by using the best combinations and the comfortable environment thus obtained are just a few of the reasons behind these decisions.
The advantages of the SKINZIP® system are many and very easily identified. The aim of this presentation is to show how SKINZIP® works and demonstrate its potential. Our technical services department will also be happy to provide any

TREWALL
Cladding and supporting system for ventilated facades
Trewall is an integral supporting system for buildings with ventilated facades; consists of modular steel elements which are anchored and suspended on the sole, they strengthen and rivets the primary structure and are at the same time a carrying system for the elements of the facade composition. This system allows anchoring any wall cladding. This allows the architect to be flexible and free to choose from materials, because he external revetment becomes only an aesthetic issue.
