Kalzip MT33/1000R
The Kalzip MT33/1000R offers a unique profile that can be installed both vertically and horizontally, and on various substructures to give any building an attractive and modern appearance.
A unique roll formed shape that maintains the micro ribbing of Kalzip's popular TF37/800R system, the MT33/1000R features twin half rounded raised seams on a 333 pitch to provide a 1000 mm cover width with a 33 mm depth.
As a built-up wall system supported on a bracket and bar grid, a range of cavity depths can be created and filled with mineral or glass wool insulation to give the required thermal performance on masonry/block-work walls or on sheet metal lining over purlins. Ventilating the space between the outer sheeting and insulation can be used to minimise the risk of condensation.

TECU® Bond Sheets
TECU® Bond Sheets are simple but efficient in design: under high pressure, 0.5-mm-thick layers of copper are applied onto both surfaces of a polyethylene core, creating an extremely robust composite material.
The result is a façade material which is easy to work and install. In the factory the copper surfaces are covered with protective foil, which provides the material with effective protection from soiling during construction work. The foil is quick and easy to remove after installation of the sheets.

Isofran is a rainscreen system comprising of two skins of coated steel and a honey comb core which provides exceptional flatness combined with excellent spanning characteristics.
The panels are factory formed and are available in 1.0mm ingredients and in modules from 250mm to 1160mm and lengths from 500mm to 6000mm.

Shingles
This style of traditional cladding has assumed growing popularity in the UK market recently and CGL offer shingle systems in a wide variety of metals and finishes.
This style of cladding is described as "fully supported" as shingles are historically manufactured from thin gauge metals and therefore have virtually no inherent spanning capability. Regular fixing of the shingle edges by clips is therefore essential together with the overlap arrangement at shingle edges.

TECU® Net, Rib Mesh and Perforated Plate are perforated surfaces in three designs which differ as follows:
TECU® Net perforated plate is produced from the tried and tested base material TECU® Classic. The material is perforated while being stretched and is then rolled and stretch-levelled in a subsequent stage. As a result TECU® Net has regular, rounded perforations in its surface. Production is optimised to suit the cross-section and material.
Like TECU® Net TECU® Rib Mesh is produced by making offset perforations into the material while it is being stretched, however, the rib mesh is not subjected to the subsequent rolling process.
Perforated plates made from TECU® copper are perforated with offset, diagonally offset or straight rows of holes. The round perforations are produced according to planning specifications and are generally custom-made.
