Snap-On Panels have been designed for use in roofing, mansard and fascia applicatios. Snap-On Panels are designed to be installed over a waterproofed solid substrate and a minimum 3:12 roof pitch. Snap-On Panels are to be factory roll-formed in continuous lengths. Maximum panel length is 45 feet and minimum panel length is 4 feet.
These panels are ideal for specification on applications where roof transitions are required. The simplicity of the pan design combined with corrective leveling provides superior flatness and allows for greater workability on site.

Redi-Roof is an architectural metal roofing system available exclusively from Petersen Aluminum Corporation. It is intended for application over a solid substrate with a minimum 3:12 roof pitch. Typical underlayments include plywood, nailboard insulation or equal. Panels are to be factory roll-formed in continuous lengths. Maximum panel length is 45 feet and minimum panel length is 4 feet.
Redi-Roof Panels feature an offset profile which adds strength and allows room for a hex head fastener. The clip, with its button punched design, insures an extra-snug fit. The one-piece design of the Redi-Roof Standing Seam allows for ease of installation.

Rectangular panel ceiling systems are particularly suitable for large ceiling areas and corridors and will create a pleasant ambience.
The individual ceiling panels can be removed easily at any time, thereby enabling access to the ceiling void.
To find out more about the rectangular panel system series, select a system from the options above. These are classified by their suspension mode:
R-C Clip-in systems
R-H Hook-on systems

Tartan-grid systems are especially suited to large rooms in which longitudinal or transverse subdivision is desired.
Rectangular or square panels and commercial lighting systems in various designs and shapes offer a host of different options for the visual and functional design of such ceilings. The grid accentuation by crossing boxes and trim strips can be further emphasized by the use of appropriate colours. Extremely decorative highlights can be achieved by the use of pyramid-shaded and oversized panels. Partition walls of various designs can easily be situated, relocated and removed under trim strips. Longitudinal and transverse walls meet one another beneath a crossing box. This makes it possible to create any configuration of square or rectangular office spaces within a selected grid area.

K-H Hook-on systems

Petersen Aluminum Corporation has provided the “M” and “R” exposed fastener panels in the past and has now expanded its panel offerings even more. We have introduced the 7.2 Rib, the 7/8” Corrugated Panel, the 1/2” Corrugated Panel and additional coverage widths of the “M” and “R” Panel to the lineup. These profiles provide unmatched flexibility for use in roofing, wall, interior and linear panel applications in a cost-efficient yet architecturally attractive metal panel.
The 7.2 panel provides superior versatility in roofing projects with high wind load requirements and longer spans. This profile has been tested extensively per ASTM 1592 and has excellent negative load capability even for high-wind pressures.
The 7.2 Panel is available in a full range of gauges and materials, and provides a 36” wide coverage. It is ideal for roof slopes as low as 2:12, however, it can meet slopes of less than 2:12 in some applications. Contact the local PAC rep for projects with less than 2:12 slopes for product application assistan
