Semi-rigid panel to unroll out of glass wool covered with a veil comfort with transverse marking all the 100 Misters is integrated into the systems Intégra Réno and Vario.
The products of range ISOCONFORT are particularly well adapted for an easy installation and rapid between rafters. They allow the maintenance of a board of air ventilated between insulation and the cover for the perenniality of this one. Thanks to marking, cutting is easy. Elasticity and rigidity guarantee a perfect adjustment with the frame.

VENTILATED, THERMALLY AND ACOUSTICALLY INSULATED PANEL
The panel is produced from biosoluble rock wool with EC marking and complies with EN 13162:2001 standards. It is made from mineral wool obtained from natural rock melting and spinning. It features high compression resistance, excellent thermal insulation and acoustic absorption, as well as a guaranteed resistance to ageing and chemical agents. The panel%u2019s rock wool is biosoluble, according to Note Q of European Directive 97/69/EC, implemented in Italy in 1998, and does not therefore constitute a health hazard.

The REPI SOUND panels are metallic panels with insulation made of mineral wool fit for the realisation of Roofs Coverings, Walls, Internal Division of industrial and civil building
The REPI SOUND panels are constituted of two trapezoidal or microgrooved metallic supports with interposed insulation of oriented fibre mineral wool which is arranged in fillets perpendicularly to the two metallic supports.
METAL SUPPORT:
The REPI SOUND panels are made of two trapezoidal, microgrooved or flat metallic supports obtained by cold-process profiling the sheet coils.
The materials which are used are:
- Galvanized Steel
- Prepainted Galvanized Steel
- Stainless Steel
- Natural Aluminium
- Prepainted Aluminium
- Copper
INSULATION:
The insulation is made of oriented fibre mineral wool which is arranged in fillets perpendicularly to the two metallic supports. The thickness of the insulation may vary from a minimum of 40 mm to a maximum of 300 mm with a density from 75 to 150 kg/cu.m.
PERFORMANCE AND TECHNICAL ASPECTS
The REPI SOUND panels belong to the category of fire-proof products and soundproofing and soundabsorbent products. The REPI SOUND panel obtains the soundabsorbent power thanks to its typical Perforated Sheet exposed to noise. Acoustic tests have attributed to the REPI SOUND panels values of RW equal to 32dB, 33dB, 35dB, which face the problems concerning noise reduction. In order to increase the soundproofing power, it is possible to produce a monolithic panel supplied with triple sheet, that is to say with a thin metallic sheet between two insulating layers.

Mineral Fibre insulation has a special pre-coating, allowing for faster application and also has a proven sound reduction of up to 3 dB.

Produced description
Rigid panel in rock wool to medium density not covered, for the thermal insulation and acoustic.
Applications
Isolation in interstice of partition-walls and perimetrali in gessofibra, cartongesso or tile.
Acoustic 225 contributes in meaningful way to the increment of the acoustic performances and antifire protector.

A wide range of panel surfaces leaves much room for individual composition with ALPHATON® brick façades such as the ALPHATON® ribbed panel whose characteristic feature is its horizontal structure. The panel's ribbed structure camouflages the horizontal seams between panels.
Far from being merely a design element, the ALPHATON® ribbed panel is also an active acoustic façade. Sound waves are broken by the ribs on the panel's surface and are redirected into the insulation through openings in the panel. An absorption of DLalpha = 3 dB can thus be achieved.
