An exciting concept for public seating, the hm83 bench can be used as a dramatic stand-alone feature or linked together to form molecular, geometric arrangements.
A version of the bench includes an integral oak-veneered table. Constructed in pre-formed plywood on a stainless steel underframe and upholstered in CMHR foams, hm83 is built to withstand severe contract use.
Additional accessories are available to expand its versatility; a chrome bumper bar can be fitted to protect against damage from luggage & trolleys, while a metal under plate can be fitted to discourage concealment of terrorist devices.

softseating
The inspiration for softseating comes from a desire for flexible and spontaneous space making. softseating’s magnetic ends allow it to connect to itself forming a cylindrical stool or low table. Elements of the same size can also connect to one another to form long winding benches, providing endless seating topographies. Made from a single material, the beauty of these pieces sits between the representative and the abstract, creatively interchanging with one another. Designed for long term use, over time the surface texture of softseating’s paper edges soften into a pleasing natural patina.

kraft paper
A stiff robust unbleached paper, it is 100% recyclable and made from 50% recycled fibre. It is available in a natural warm earthy brown and a dyed bamboo charcoal black.
kraft paper elements are fire retardant. Fire rating documentation is available upon request.
textile
A non-woven polyethylene material, trade name Tyvek©, it is 100% recyclable and made from 5 – 15% recycled content. Its lightweight paper look and feel is tear, UV and water resistant, making it durable to handle and maintain. textile softseating is available in translucent white and opaque black.
The textile material has a “class A” flame spread in North America. Documentation is available on request.lack and white.

Gate is a linkable bench system for public areas. Benches available in three straight (GS) and two curved (GR) basic units. This piece functions as both a side table or a small bench. The carefully hand-dovetailed box can be lifted off of the base and flipped to reveal either a sculpted seat or a flat surface for books, magazines, drinks, etc.
The version shown features Curly Maple with a Claro Walnut Base. The Cupertino Box is also offered in an all-Walnut model, in pairs, and as a longer, two-seat form.

Flexible benches with coat racks "Series COMFORT"

STRUCTURE:
Welded T-shaped metal strips to form ribs with variable heights. Square tube supporting the strips on the ribs, in ST-52 grade steel. These metal parts are welded together and then hot-galvanised by immersion. Steel strips of the same quality screwed to the structure with stainless steel square headed screws.
FIXATION:
The bench is attached to a lateral support by mechanical or chemical plugs, depending on the type of support.
