TechnologiesSuch projectors are mounted on a yoke. The built-in motors enabling horizontal pan and vertical tilt motion are vector controlled from a console. They include a reflector and electronic ignition, and most consist of an aluminum frame covered in molded plastic.
The device has lateral handles to facilitate transport and stops to limit movement. Most use metal halide bulbs, but some are equipped with LEDs. A wheel holding interchangeable and bidirectional gobos is used to create special effects. The mixers controlling movement vary in complexity.
