Vitorond 100 is an advanced cast iron three-pass boiler at an attractive price. The optimised thermal insulation of the Vitorond 100, together with the Vitotronic control unit fitted on top, further reduce the installation time.
The sectional cast iron Eutectoplex heating surface represents high operational reliability. By offering even heat distribution, stress fractures are practically a thing of the past. The wide water galleries prevent sediment and boiling noises no longer cause a nuisance. The JetFlow system specifically guides the cool heating return through the whole boiler. This prevents cold zones and condensate being created at the back of the boiler. In critical areas, too, the boiler water temperature remains above the dew point.
Easy installation and maintenance
Resilient gaskets permanently seal the individual sections on the hot gas side. Also, the horizontal layout of the hot gas flues permits thorough and easy cleaning of the boiler.

Type M233, low-pressure steam generator with a steam output of 2.6 to 4.5 t/h (1890 to 3270 kW).
Vitomax 200 is a low pressure steam boiler for a permissible operating pressure of 1 bar steam output: 2.9 to 5.0 t/h. In this output range, the Vitomax 200-LS covers the requirements of all applications demanding low pressure steam or heat, e.g. airconditioning and heating systems, commercial nurseries or other commercial applications. The Vitomax 200-LS is a three-pass boiler with low combustion chamber loading (< 1.2 MW/m³). This creates the ideal conditions for clean combustion with low nitrogen oxide emissions.

The ROTEX A1 is a fully new type of emission-burning heating boiler based on the most recent realizations/insights and developments of thermic science. The boiler body consists of a patented aluminium-special steel compound. Together with the round structural shape forces, the A1 has achieved capacities unknown up to the present.
