Rainwater Pipe made to TECU®
TECU® downpipe, seam-welded with expanding device. A socket is formed on the cylindrical pipe for an insertion length of 50 mm.
For connecting the remaining pipe sections, there is a simple tool for making sockets or a rainwater pipe connection piece.
Using the expanding tool and a powerful drill, sockets can be formed on site in a matter of seconds.
Seam-welded rainwater pipes are also available in zinc.

Vertical Pipe
Vertical pipes for roof drainage made from TECU®
Vertical pipes from plastic drainage pipes with metal sheathing. Thus, the connection between roof drainage and drainage pipe is possible in each different material. At present, vertical pipes for the nominal size of 100 mm and 1.00 m length, with sheathing, are manufactured from:

The nominal size 100 can be used with the standard vertical pipe caps for rainwater pipe sizes 76, 80, 87 and 100 mm. A pipe bracket made of matching material is used for securing.

SIDRA drain (Patent no. PC2005A000015) has been designed with the purpose to install in the ground self-drilling draining steel pipes without the aid of casings that are commonly used to carry out drilling holes in loose grounds, in order to install the common PVC draining pipes.
During the years, SIDRA drain was subject to substantial evolutions and technical improvements until the one currently on the market that is mainly constituted of:
1. High quality steel pipe characterised by the presence of draining holes of about 16 mm in diameter, protected by special “micro-filtering valves”.
2. Metal and/or plastic micro-filtering valves.
3. Protection of micro-filtering valves during the perforation phase, by filling them with a water soluble and biodegradable plastic material.
4. Eventual sacrifical bit with non return valve (if installed with rotary technique).
5. Eventual preventer, in case of drilling below the water table.
SIDRA drains can be supplied in elements of variable length, according to the specific needs of the job site.
The technical evolution of the product brought to consider the SIDRA draining pipe during the drilling phase, as a common drill rod because the “micro-filtering valves”, protected with water soluble plastic material, are effectively locked into the same pipe. This allows the drilling fluids to flow to the sacrificial bit (with pressures up to 15 Bar) without any need for a specific co-axial piping.

A vibro combi-pile is a ground penetrating concrete pile with a grout casing. The basis of this principal is the same as that of vibro-piles. However, no reinforcement is hung inside or concrete cast.
With a vibro comb-pile a prefab core is set in the steel tube and the open space is filled with grout. This creates a pile that can resist large tensile forces and is primarily used to anchor underwater concrete floors. Vibro combi-piles were constructed on the HSL Roelofarendsveen track.
