The Ratio®-motion detector AP230/01 is a radio motion detector which sends, depending on light and movement,a radio telegram to radio actuators and receivers/gateways to switch on/off the light e.g.
The Ratio®-motion detector is suitable to ceiling suspension and has to be provided by supply voltage.

Used for automatic lighting control or heating of the premises based on occupancy and lighting level.
Principal applications:
offices, corridors, conference rooms, classrooms, etc.
Functions - ON/OFF control, Up/Down control, heating control, scene selection, time delay and priority setting, setting dimming levels, Master/slave function.
The bi-directional detector head can be oriented at 90°to adapt the zone of detection depending on the configuration of the room. A large area of detection with the help of two integrated sensors, these products are able to detect movements in a large area and detect presence (person working in office) in a smaller area.
Products delivered with BCU (coupling unit to the bus)

Energy consumption in buildings can be reduced by up to 70% with the help of ARGUS presence detectors. It detects the presence of persons in the room and simultaneously measures the intensity of the natural light. If the degree of brightness is less than the pre-set value, even the smallest of movements is enough to activate the lighting. However, if the brightness of the surroundings is adequate or if ARGUS does not detect anyone in the room, the lights are switched off once again. Ideal for offices, long corridors and entrance areas.

Healthy light? Fresh air? By means of intelligent multi sensors the physical and emotional well-being of people living in the room is considerably increased.
Precise, simultaneous and reliable detection of motion and brightness. For individual, comfortable and energy-saving air-conditioning and ligthing of your rooms.
Multi sensors are mainly used for energy optimization with demand-responsive control of lighting, heating and ventilation.

The in-wall room motion sensor / presence detector KINASGARD® RBWF-UP detects the presence of persons and motions and has a switching contact output. It is used to monitor or recognize conditions and for the motion-depending control of room functions, e.g. for lowering temperatures in unused rooms. It is used for in-wall installation in corridors, in offices, in residential and business facilities in connection with light switch programmes.

To systematize energy saving
impossible to circumvent in any modern management of buildings: the presence detector. They make it possible to save up to 70% of the costs of heating and electricity. They allow an order adapted to the needs, in each part, of the light, heating, the ventilation and the systems of alarm. Thus, the presence detectors put an end to the wasting energy in the writing desks, the halls and the corridors.

The multisensor combines in a single nice-looking device to be recessed into the ceiling, the following features : infrared receiver, presence detection cell, light intensity (lux level) and temperature sensors.
It is connected to one of the Dalilon® or Karno® network controller. The main functions are the transmission of the remote controller commands onto the LONWORKS® network and the automatic control of lighting (on/off only, or dimming to a set point value).
The wiring is done by means of a quick-connect RJ9 cable. (L max 12m)

Unlike fixed head sensors, the MWS-3 Multi-Sense offers a unique presence detection capability by using an adjustable sensor head. By changing the angle of the sensor head different detection patterns can be achieved for different area coverage. For example with the sensor head flush in the detector housing, a coverage of 8m x 22m can be achieved; ideal for open plan areas e.g. offices and classrooms. If the detector head is angled at 80 then a detection of 8m x 30m can be achieved, ideal for corridors and aisles. An integral sensitivity adjustment allows the sensor to be fine tuned to the environment.
Added features of the product include a built in infrared sensor which allows the user to override the lights to on or off and a built in adjustable light level sensor which will keep the lighting switched off if there is sufficient natural light. On the absence version of the detector an additional switch input is provided for manual on/auto off. The detector can be mounted either flush into a ceiling tile or on the surface using the integral fixing plate.

The EBMPIR/SA series of ceiling-mounted miniature PIR presence detectors is believed to be the smallest PIR sensor in the world, making it ideally suited for applications that require an unobtrusive solution or where space is at a premium. The product is available in three different models: Basic, Premium and Direct Dim.
The Basic unit provides occupancy sensing in the form of absence and presence detection, the Premium model has additional infra-red control, lux sensing and push button adjustment while the Direct Dim version offers full dimming control using DALI or DSI digital dimming ballasts.
All versions of the product provide automatic presence detection or manual absence detection using a switch input. The Direct Dim version includes two switch inputs to allow manual control for absence detection, dimming up/down and override on/off. The use of a two-position momentary switch allows simple dimming with up and down dimming inputs rather than awkward single switch control.
The unit comes complete with a flush fixing clip allowing unobtrusive flush-mounting into ceiling tiles or solid ceilings and is supplied in two parts: the power supply unit and the sensor head, which is supplied pre-wired with a pluggable connector.
A version for luminaire-mounting (EBMPIR) is also available.

The PDS is a low cost, fast fit presence detector. A built in light level sensor can be set to keep lights off if there is sufficient natural light. The product does not require a neutral connection so it can quickly replace an existing light switch. An optional override facility allows the following functions:
The lights can be turned off - for example during a presentation or at night in a bedroom
The lights can be turned on even if there is sufficient natural light, and then automatically turn off when occupancy has ceased.
The PDS-ABS/OV product functions as an absence detector. The lights do not turn on automatically, only when the override button is pressed, after which the lights will turn off automatically when occupancy has ceased.
Please note: PDS/OV is the model shown in the photograph.
